"We paid for early check in, arrived to find a sign saying”reception closed”. Eventually someone appeared from a back room. Asked for our names, then handed over keys without one word’s further conversation and disappeared again. Never saw another member of staff for feast of stay. Ground floor room and bathroom clean, quiet and nicely decorated. Very comfortable bed. Room faced the main road so very noisy when I opened window ( room was really warm). Good experience apart from morose/missing staff"

"Having stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions It was up to the usual standard comfortable beds clean room good bathroom etc. the food for breakfast was good when you could get it as it was busier than I have found it before and the kitchen kept running out of hot food. On the plus side the lady who was front of house for the breakfast did a good job while being runoff her feet all min all a good experience and oi will be going back again"

"We booked the Italian Room as I was celebrating my 70th birthday and thought this would be something a bit different. The room was lovely and so nice to have a fridge in the room to keep the fizz cold. We had an email a couple of weeks before to say there was a music festival taking place in Reepham that weekend, what wasn't mentioned was there would be music right outside the hotel until 7.30pm. Hardly relaxing! The breakfast from the bakery next morning was dissappointing as there were hardly any savory items and a poor choice of fruit. Would love to go back and stay in one of the other rooms but not when the music festival is on,"
