The location is fantastic, close to the beach and amenities. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, offering excellent service.

Once upon a time,,! this property would have been an outstanding choice for a holiday in Broadbeach , Gold Coast. The units are very spacious and if you get the beachfront and something higher than second floor you have a great view of the beach and park across the road and a lovely breeze off the ocean , which I might add is necessary in summer. But, from the ones we received I have to say this place is very tired and outdated and showing signs of the wear and tear it has obviously received over the many years of its existence. Don't think a pool view on the west on 1st floor is anything to write home about, it isn’t. Hot and uncomfortable because the poor old air conditioner and ceiling fans running together don’t help. Floor plan is good, kitchen good size but many drawers and cupboards broken or falling to pieces when opened. Main room had a mattress that would make a bed of nails more comfortable and singles in second definitely not much better. I presume some of these properties have been renovated or partially renovated at different stages and possibly full time residents living there and property managers in place are also reasonably new. Unfortunately, for us the jack hammers next door unit started up second day and this just made it impossible to hear any conversation between ourselves let alone the tv or radio on highest volume . It was a bit ridiculous offering this room on our arrival, knowing this was going to happen, even though one of the staff , who was insisting they didn’t know?!? It is a property managers business to know what is going on even if pre booked months beforehand. So they did move us, stating we were going to an upgrade room with no extra charge, although we understood the first room was paid for at superior room price, not standard as they stated. These are NOT budget priced accomodations. Second room on 5 with beach view, still oversized but straight out of the 1980’s. Clean but the fabric lounge had a unique smell to it and I won’t presume anything. Lovely breeze off the ocean through whole apartment & great view from 5th floor. Patio furniture needs replacing and some unusable and VERY dangerous, so need moving on. Kitchen also an original from the 80’s and taps need washers replacing to stop the drip drip which may happen one day. Main room mattress also for lovers of very firm mattresses but overall a better option than first. One of the front reception ladies was quite helpful with our concerns and I suppose if everyone stated their issues with the place she would be run of her feet.The pools are good and clean, great for kids because they are not very deep, sauna, spa? Heated,? BBQ area, tennis courts with a charge, lovely gardens. Parking also available,- charge? The property is in a perfect position and close to shopping, supermarket, Pacific fair, light rail, buses, beach, clubs, ****** and restaurants at Broadbeach. Everything in very short walking distance for exploring further up and down the area

Great accomodation, plenty of room in the lounge, dining, kitchen area. Wonderful views over Surfers and the sea. 3 pools to choose from. Round the corner from many restaurants. And walking distance to the shopping mall Pacific fair.
