The location is fantastic, close to the beach and amenities. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, offering excellent service.

It’s a little bit dated which I can forgive given the great location however they are so scummy with the towels. Whatever you do don’t ask for towels for the pool. You’re expected to wash your towels or swap your dirty towel for a clean one. That’s fine if the reception desk is open when you want to swap. For the amount of money you pay I find that very disappointing and poor service.

We stayed at three different places on this trip, and unfortunately, this was the most disappointing of the lot. On arrival, we were told the room wasn’t ready (we arrived at 1:50pm with a 2pm check-in time). When I asked for an estimated wait, staff couldn’t give one—yet only minutes later I received a text that the room was ready. It felt like there was some miscommunication somewhere. The apartment (15E) itself looks fairly new but had a number of maintenance and cleanliness issues that took away from the experience. While I won’t list them all, the most frustrating were the curtains in the second bedroom, which didn’t close properly and had clearly been pulled from the wall. Maintenance confirmed they were the wrong size and couldn’t close fully, so privacy and light control were a problem. A balcony door also banged loudly in the wind all night—something staff must have already knew about, as it had a sign saying it was under repair. Despite mentioning this, we weren’t offered another room until our final day (as apparently they were running at 100%), which just didn’t make sense for us to pack everything up and move, given we were checking out early the next morning. On the plus side, the location is fantastic—close to the beach, shops, restaurants and tram—and the pools were enjoyable, although smaller than expected. Overall, it felt like a property with potential that just needs more care and attention to detail. A little more responsiveness and follow-through on maintenance would have made a big difference.
