I am really disappointed with ULTIQA signature Broadbeach. In the middle of the day, the hotel set off a test fire alarm without any prior warning. The alarm was extremely loud and ended up waking my baby from a much needed nap. As any parent knows, this can completely derail the rest of the day. Not ideal when you are going on a holiday for rest and relaxation. I understand safety checks are necessary, but they should be handled in a way that’s considerate of guests. A simple notice in advance would have allowed us to plan around it. Instead, it felt disruptive and inconsiderate. This was a very poor experience and while the reception staff are mostly friendly they were unable to offer any decent solutions and seemed put out at being challenged on the handling of the situation. A very disappointing situation all around.

Be aware not all rooms are the same in size. Not all have as good a ocean view and not all floors are the same. So it is a bit of a surprise to book the same room and find it was much small than last time.
One lift was out but it seem to be working by the time we left.
Overall i don't mind the property and there are some more experienced staff there than others. The young lady with long hair is very nice.

We had a cockroach infestation and moved rooms to a part ocean view. The cleanliness was definitely not up to standard. The bare minimum was done with lots of dust in corners. We had cigarette butts being thrown down from above that would land on our balcony. Disappointed to say the least.

Made a last minute decision to stay here because of the floods in NSW and we weren't disappointed. Check in was a breeze, the car park was easy to navigate and luggage trolleys were readily available. There a four levels of underground parking which is a bonus and the lifts are responsive. The beds are comfortable, everything is modern and works well and the furniture is minimalist. I would definately recommend staying here as the location only about 200-250 metres from downtown Broadbeach pubs and restaurants. My only gripe is that the internet struggles to service the TV apps which are all internet based, and not antenna or dish based. That is a problem that they should address. Apart from that, what a terrific place to stay.

Top quality apartment, we had a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom on 25th floor with excellent beach & mountain & city views. Very good value. The pool area and spa is great on level 4. Parking available & also easy walk to Broadbeach attractions, convention center & Pacific Fair. Highly recommended & we would stay here again

Booked the 2BR suite. The unit itself is pretty lux and very spacious. Really convenient location, and the views are pretty good. However, the WiFi for the suite is abysmal and I struggle to even load my web browser for a google search, so I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you’re here for work/business and will require to be working from your suite to an extent. I don’t understand how wifi connections can still be terrible in this day of age for a 4 star Aparthotel. There’s also very few sanitary products as you are not provided with hand wash.
