We stopped for one night during a heatwave, with my pregnant wife and 3 year old daughter. Upon arrival, we were informed that the air conditioning war broken, there was no way to fix it that day, and that there were no other hotels available in the area (the woman at reception seemed to be particularly pleased to let us know that we were trapped in our stifling room). They offered a complimentary breakfast, which we refused, and then said there was nothing they could do about a price reduction unless we wrote to management. Awful customer service. The room was also dirty, as though it hadn't been vacuumed, and when this was pointed out, the reception said "that's handled by a third party" - as though it wasn't their responsibility. Genuinely, truly an awful hotel.

We had flushing issues with the toilet but the staff fixed the problem immediately. The receptionist was nice because we needed a refund for a breakfast that we were not going to use, and we got the refund immediately. Overall we felt safe within the property.

Hotel to forget.
The worst hotel during 2 weeks motorcycle trip in Europe. Bad smell, Very uncomfortable bed, very bad value for money.

Great stopover
We used this hotel for a 1 night stopover on our way to Spain. It is very reasonably priced and very helpful service.
Room had aircon which was mist welcome. Hotel very quiet for a good night's sleep. And a very good breakfast for €8.
Definitely recommended.

Stayed one night. Large room but not very clean. Coffee stains on the wall. A little run down but a reasonable price. Shower head broken and you had to hold it to wash yourself. Friendly staff and decent French breakfast.

Merci a la jeune fille a l'accueil pour son accueil au dernier moment avec le sourire, rare de nos jours et aussi l'autre jeune le matin au petit déjeuner... Chambre nickel, surtout propre et avec une petite deco via la moquette, rideaux , et petit rappel sur le carrelage...Petit déjeuner génial pour le prix A refaire

arrivés le 11 aout. je reserve sur place au prix de 112.50. 3 personnes apres controle sur le site ace je vois que le prix ne correspond pas. au lieux de payer un petit dejeuner 9.9 euros celui ci faisait 11.116. donc erreur du staff du moment. le lendemain matin je vais a l accueil et lui explique le probleme calmement .celle ci me rétorque calmez vous monsieur..?? elle tente de me rembourser les 2.30 euros via la carte bleue. impossible. elle me demande un rib pour remboursement . en vacances je lui réponds je ne me promene pas avec un rib sur moi. de plus elle me dit que la centrale est en vacances donc remboursement pas avant septembre. et pour finir dans la chambre pas tres propre il n y avait qu une serviette..
