The hotel is very good in the city centre.
A suggestion for the hotel to put a watch inside the Aptos.
The shower takes a little to warm it doesn't show which hot water tower.

Quarto limpo, espaçoso, bem localizado, com pia e balcão muito práticos, café da manhã excelente. Porém tenho uma reclamação: tem um exaustor (saída de ar) no banheiro que faz barulho simultaneamente a quando acende a luz, o que torna a permanência no banheiro bem desagradável, sendo impossível deixar a luz desligada devido ao banheiro ser escuro, inclusive se ouve durante o banho. É um banheiro com barulho. Se tiver mais uma pessoa no quarto então, será incomodada ouvindo o exaustor enquanto a outra pessoa está no banheiro.

Although it was a good hotel, some problems occurred in my hostel. On a day of cleaning my room, I received a dirty makeup towel, probably makeup by color, and that was very unpleasant. They could also have more food options in the morning coffee without gluten and without animal milk, and the hair dryer is also bad, and they could improve. 
However, it is a hotel with excellent location, staff and a good general structure.

The only point I can quote as negative was the little bathroom and the window we picked that had not seen anywhere, but was excellent at all.

The hotel is executive and meets these requirements well, for a trip to Mogi Mirim and the region meets super well the needs.
The negative point has been in very few or almost no concern about vegan options in the morning coffee, in our diversified world of nutrition this is a concern that needs to be improved.
