SpringHill Suites Kenosha

Nice place but missing that special touch. The hotel was very nice and the front desk staff was friendly. Our only complaint would be that the shower was not very clean where the side panels meet the floor and there was no soap at the sink. When we wanted to wash our hands we would have to go in the shower and push the soap container in there to get some. Awkward.

Customer service was wonderful, property was very clean. They even had Oat Milk and Gluten free muffins for my child with food allergies!

Everything was as expected but the breakfast honestly ******… we stayed 5 nights and 6 days. Breakfast was tolerable at best. The staff was lovely though! Room was clean, lobby was cleaned. Only complaint was the food.

We recently stayed at the SpringHill Suites for a wedding and reserved two rooms for our family. Unfortunately, our experience was far from what we expected. Upon arrival, we discovered that the air conditioning in one room wasn’t functioning properly. When we brought this to the front desk’s attention, we were told to simply "give it time" to cool. After multiple calls and growing discomfort, we were eventually informed that the hotel was fully booked and no alternative rooms were available. Maintenance was sent to address the issue, but when we returned later that evening from a wedding event, the room was unbearably hotter than before. We were finally offered a room change at midnight or the next morning—far too late to salvage a comfortable night’s rest. To make matters worse, the hallways throughout the hotel were stifling, with no air conditioning and no clear explanation from the staff. Despite my repeated attempts to speak with a manager on both days of our stay, I was told that no manager was on duty either day. Only after persistently pressing the front desk did someone admit they had contacted maintenance about the hallway issue—on the very day we were checking out. After returning home, I was finally able to reach a manager regarding a possible refund for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, instead of understanding or empathy, I was met with dismissiveness and rudeness. The experience left much to be desired, and I cannot recommend this location based on our stay.
