We booked double bed but since we’re not a Hilton member and booked thru 3rd party, we’re second class citizens. They said they have to give our room to the member first. They give us a rolling bed but the mattress was awful. Location is great unless you have a car don’t stay here because they don’t airport shuttle service. Over it was bad experience, we booked tonight but cancel 2nd night and went to stay at another hotel.

This was one of the worst Doubletree hotels I've stayed at in a really long time. From the worst customer care, to the dirty carpets in the room, to the dark room, to the hotel charging 3$ per bottle of water left in the room, to the dirty utensils to rooms not being cleaned, everything about this stay was regrettable. I cry for the money I wasted booking it. I wouldn't recommend travellers to book this hotel beyond 1 day

One of the worst experience with doubletree. The front desk only gave me the cookies when I requested them. I had 8 people in my booking but the guy said he can only give me 6 because there were other guests that yet to come. Very old building, and you can play peekaboo in the very dark room. Some rooms have table lamp some do not, where is the SOP for a 4 star hotel? Staff was rude too.

Nice location with the lake - easy to access from the airport, no free parking but not too bad at $30 / day (can't pay by the hour)

The service was very poor, and no complimentary water bottle was provided at check-in. Additionally, there were no water filters on any floor. I was directed to the gym center to use the water purifier to fill my bottles.

We loved it and love the location.

Clean place but had some issues at the front desk,problem was fixed but I wish girls st the front desk could be more polite.Parking is not free.

The room is clean and the bed is comfortable, but there is no microwave. The free WiFi needs to be registered, and a lot of personal privacy data needs to be entered. It is very inconvenient to use. I was ready to give up several times, but it is very expensive if I don’t register. The hotel is located in a remote area, and the parking fee of $30 is too expensive. Overall, the cost performance is not high.

It's good because it's close to the airport

The front desk service was terrible. I booked a king-size bed room but it was changed to a twin-bed room without asking. When I went downstairs to ask, I was told that they were eligible to change to the same room type if they booked on a third-party platform. The front desk was very mean. After checking in, I found that the hot and cold water signs for the shower were reversed, which was really speechless.
