Beautiful property with ocean view rooms and hammocks in the balcony. Unfortunately the nights were pretty loud due to the Karaoke bar in front of the hotel.

Budget hotel in Zicatela. It was a great stay
Hotel in a great, safe, very commercial area just across from Zicatela beach. This beach is mainly for surfers because of high waves, but it is a short walk from the main beach which is good for swimming.
The hotel is nice, but it needs some maintenance here and there and some deep cleaning, but we had a very nice stay. The pool is very good and service is also great. Breakfast was also great. Parking is a very nice plus. We would stay there again

Nice place in the middle of the zicatele. You hear some music noise at night, but actually not nearly as noisy as I expected. Rooms are basic, but adequate. Shower was hot. All was clean. No bugs,yay!! (Ya never know, lol!). Location is great. I had a room on the first floor with a terrace facing the street. It was great! Shout out to Israel the security guy for offering helpful information and restaurant recommendations. They do have security all night too! Lastly the pool was great. I would certainly stay there again.

The staff were attentive when there was water on the floor by the refrigerator. The room was clean but dated. (Bedsheets for curtains!?). The noise level on the street outside the hotel was unbearably loud all night long.

We really enjoy the hotel, the pool inside nature is fantastic. Many wild animals to see in the park, such as iguan. Breakfast is light but ok with a pure view on the ocean. The only thing is the noise from the outdoor night club on the beach: so noisy during week ends. Bar and restaurant at that time were closed.

El único pero es que, por estar en la calle principal de Zicatela, hay mucho ruido de los antros hasta entrada la madrugada.
