My wife and I enjoy Cameron Highlands, It our annual retreat and we have always stay at Copthorne. The facilities and the service is fine, we enjoy the ambience of the hotel. We dont eat at the hotel but go out to Tanah Rata to eat,

Pros
📍Big/spacious & comfortable room - love to enter the room smelling good
📍In the room there is a hair dryer/fridge/iron & coway water provided near the corridor
📍Near the market to the farm - can walk directly
📍Near the lobby there is snooker/kids games/massage machine (paid)
📍There is also an indoor swimming pool (level 5) & gym (level 2)
📍Quick & fast check-in & checkout
Cons
📍During check-in, towels were not placed in the room. Had to call reception to send, couldn't get it on the spot, they said towels were finished, had to wait at most 1 hour. After more than 1 hour, no towels were sent, follow up and then sent. This part should have informed the guest when it was ready from the check-in time.

An der Rezeption heißt es erst einmal warten und Nummer ziehen. Das in die Jahre gekommene Hotel wirkte ungepflegt. Die Oberflächen der Möbel in unserem Zimmer und Bad waren sehr staubig, ebenso in den Ecken. Die Betten waren frisch und sauber. Das Hotel war zu dieser Zeit gut besucht, so auch der Innenpool, vor allem von kreischenden Kindern.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielseitig, das Servicepersonal reagierte rasch trotz des Betriebes.
Essen im Restaurant nur auf Vorbestellung. Am Kiosk in der Lobby gibt's guten Kaffee.
