Service was efficient. Place was very clean. Hot water could be a bit hotter. Bed was comfortable but the metal bottom was annoying.overall it was okay.

This hotel is a good bargain. The rooms are newly remodeled, with comfortable beds. My room was impeccably clean and the bathroom was great. The place is close to Midway Airport but not bothered by noise of air flights. There is no van, but taxi service and other public transportation is available. The check in for the hotel is behind glass for security, yet room entrances are "outside," so if that bothers you- it may be an issue. And on the night I stayed, there was an "incident" of another guests' loud and agitated domestic arguing, which the on duty manager had to address but did do so quickly and very well. I'll stay again.

Clean better
Just need to be cleaned better including refrigerator and microwave but it’s not all the property management fault humans just need to learn to love each other again no matter the race

Everything in room was dirty, room smelled like a giant cigar, shower was dirty, floor was sticky,mini fridge was gross. Left immediately and found another hotel. Now we are playing the get a refund game with *******
