Everything was very good. Only issue was they did not replace the bath towels for the second night.

Never AGAIN! It is dated and old and I paid roughly $175.00 for one night and the establishment showed its age. The furniture was outdated and the bathroom I felt was dirty. My room had two queen sized beds, which were comfortable and it had a couch at the far end of the room along with a table with a lamp on it, which I think was to be a desk. The bathroom was just terrible. The counter space was very limited for two people and all of the plastic that should have been white had ALL turned yellow. The caulking that was to be white was turning yellow. The plastic insert for the tub/shower was stained and turned yellow. While sitting on the toilet, there is a mirror on the wall, so you want to look at yourself while doing your business, how great is that! NOT! My room was on the second floor; I didn't see an elevator and the guy who greeted me was lacking customer service skills. He was wearing his farming gear! Nothing great about this establishment and I would NEVER go back. I was here to visit McGregor IA to see the Fall colors and other places in IA. The noise level seemed ok but during night or early morning, we heard a huge bang and frightened us. We didn't hear much other noises. It seems the establishment did have a pool but never used it but could smell the chlorine. The parking is limited as the hotel is also beside another hotel along the same side of the street. On the day of check out, it was 10:30 am and a hotel service maid was going around knocking on doors. I had to yell at her and advise that someone was still in the room. They lack communication letting the maids know that someone is still in the room. When I checked out, no one was at the front desk to check people out. I had to leave my door key on the countertop at the front desk. I did not take pictures of the room.

Clean, comfortable, affordable. Older hotel that could use some updating but very suitable.

We got upgraded, nice big room , clean , comfortable, good location for our activities Nice continental breakfast, plenty of choices , even for a child

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. We were told ******* cancelled our reservation even tho we had confirmation, and the staff was no empathetic or nice about it at all.

Called me at 9:30pm after I was sleeping. Checkin not swift and may have not been done properly. I visit often and was expecting better.
