Baymont by Wyndham Bridgeport/Frankenmuth

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided many options including eggs, sausage, biscuits, and gravy. We used the hot tub and the pool. Both were well-maintained, and the facilities were not overly crowded or noisy. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel to others wanting to get away.

The costumer service at this hotel was outstanding. We had a couple small issues but they were fixed and the staff went beyond expectations!!! Highly recommend.

Room had strong urine smell, came from shower curtain, light above sink did not work. Was not given the password for the internet.

We booked this hotel because of the budget friendly price....our mistake! This hotel needs some TLC and a deep cleaning. The wall the desk was pushed up against had dried mustard drips on it (or what we think was mustard). The corners of the bathroom were filthy. With that said, the shower itself was clean and I had no apprehension stepping in it. The towels were thin and worn. There was only one tiny bar of hand soap at the sink and no kleenex in the room. The plus side of our stay was that the bed was very comfortable.

The room was distgusting, as soon as you walked in - it smelled horrible. There was food caked on the head boards, tooth paste all over the mirror and walls. There was dirty underwear on the ground at the front desk, and the front desk guy passed it idk how many times before he picked them up. It smelled like rotten milk as soon as you walked in the front door. The fridge was filthy with an odor. The microwave maybe hasnt been cleaned in YEARS & smelled like blown up hot dogs. There was only 2 great staff members, and I only caught the name of one. Yolanda was in the breakfast area in the morning and was helpful to everyone! She had a smile, and saying 'Good Morning' to everyone. She was helpful, and quick to replace food that went out. Other then her, the front desk maintence guy in the morning was extremely nice as well. Outside of them 2, the place was distgusting and terrible! Absolutely NEVER again!

The bed was too stiff. The staff was outstanding though. It was safe and quiet, I was able to work during my stay. The breakfast was great and the young woman making it was on time,friendly and helpful. You're lucky to have her.
