Wow! I loved my stay at this beautiful, charming beach house! When you walk out of the door, you step onto your own private beach with a breathtaking view to the ocean! We barbecued a few feet away from the ocean waves! The hostess Joanie is a sweetheart, very friendly and makes you feel very comfortable like at home. She surprised me with a lovely welcome present. Check-in was super easy and the house and pool were very clean. I loved the woodwork and the beautiful cathedral ceilings. This beach house is a true gem: you have your own private beach all to yourself, with lifeguards nearby and without any crowds. I am planning on coming back soon.

Private beach! And pool! Beachside! This property is a one of a kind beach house with an amazing host! The house is literally on the beach - a private beach that you get pretty much all to yourselves! Not only that, but there’s a pool in the backyard! Joanie is a phenomenal host that can get you anything you need at a very reasonable rate (beach chairs, surf board, umbrellas, etc). She followed up immediately on any small issues we had and was so warm and welcoming to her house (her home really). The property is from an older era of beach houses, and has a lived in feel that makes it feel more like a home stay than a rental house.We loved it and you absolutely cannot beat the location and the beach!

Fantastic Joanie was so welcoming and her property was incredible with an exceptional location. I spent a birthday here with friends and couldn’t have imagined a better property or a more attentive and generous host! 10/10 recommend to anyone who wants to spend time on the gorgeous Jersey shore. We would absolutely rent again!
