Très déçu Odeur d’égout pendant les 3 nuits Le lit n’a pas été refait pendant les 3 jours On a dû demander chaque jour le ressort pour le papier toilette Pas de gobelet Pas d eau froide au robinet mais tiède, pas agréable quand on veut boire. Pas de clim, du coup dormir la fenêtre ouverte avec beaucoup de bruit. Hôtel très vieillissant

I'll start on the only positives of our stay - the check-in staff were very welcoming, and the view from the balcony was stunning. This hotel could be amazing if it was upgraded. We were told upon check in that there is no Air Conditioning, despite it being advertised, nor were there any fans left for use. The cutlery, delf, and glasswear in the kitchenette were filthy. The double bed and bunk beds in the family room need to be replaced. Very uncomfortable mattresses. The shower had mold on the tiles. Overall

Hôtel 3 étoiles qui a mon avis datent des années 60. Sauna froid qui ne fonctionne pas, hammam extrêmement sale, douche très très sale, inutilisable, piscine froide sans intérêt. Chambre avec une odeur désagréable, literie médiocre, salle de bain avec remontée d'égout quand on se douche. Petit déjeuner médiocre bref à fuir où plutôt à éviter.

L'hôtel est très agréable, propre, moderne.
Le petit déjeuner continental laisse un grand choix sucré/salé.
Le personnel est à l'écoute de la satisfaction et des besoins des clients.
La chambre est spacieuse et propre, très agréable. Le seul bémol, la literie... changer le matelas ne serait pas un luxe car on sent les ressorts.
