This is a third-floor corner unit that affords quiet and privacy. There is no elevator. There is a coin-operated laundry facility located in the complex. There are fire rings around the complex. Firewood is free and unlimited. There are charcoal grills located around the complex. The complex hot tub/spa and sauna is available for guests to use. Inside "Positive Altitude" you'll find: -Primary bedroom with a king-size bed with an adjustable base that can also be separated into two twins and ensuite full bathroom -Bedroom 2 has two queen-size beds -There is a second full bathroom in the hall for bedroom 2 - The kitchen is well stocked and should have everything you need during your stay. Kitchen amenities include a coffee maker with carafe and k-cup options, electric kettle, crockpot, rice maker, blender, and hand mixer. Brian Head has two small general stores but no large grocery store. If you plan to cook while here, you may want to stock up on your way up the mountain. If you don't feel like cooking, there are a few restaurants in town. -Dining area with table & chairs with seating for 6 -Balcony with a beautiful view and patio furniture for two -Glove dryer -Sleds -Four camp chairs -Books, board games, puzzles -Televisions in the living room and each of the bedrooms with Dish Network TV and includes Hulu and Paramount Plus.
