地理位置極佳,建築羣很有特色,酒店周邊景色壯觀。
服務也還算周到。但是有點兒亂,總是有大型會議在這個酒店召開。

This was such a huge highlight on our New England road trip. Built in the mid-1800s, the Omni Bretton Arms Inn at Mount Washington beautifully blends historic charm with modern comfort. We were so impressed by how cozy, pleasant, and genuinely fun our stay was! Breakfast was absolutely excellent, and the service couldn’t have been more attentive or welcoming. We enjoyed checking out the gorgeous stables nearby and seeing the beautiful horses up close. One of our favorite takeaways was walking the easy and pretty trail up to the Mount Washington Resort, where we enjoyed dinner both nights of our stay and a few delightful cocktails with breathtaking views of the White Mountains. The setting was simply stunning, with a view that made you stop and take it all in. A perfect mix of history, hospitality, and mountain magic. Highly recommend a visit!

Disappointed by our stay at Omni Bretton Arms Inn. My husband and I were passing through NH and VT for a quick leaf-peeping trip and stayed just one night. Pros: the staff (especially in the restaurant) were friendly, the view was lovely, and the rooms spacious. Unfortunately, we found black mold covering the bathroom ceiling. Since it was only one night, we closed the door and tried to ignore it, but it’s been bothering us more in hindsight—especially since I have asthma, which made it stressful. The receptionist at checkout didn’t seemed surprised by the news or offer an apology. Mold is airborne and extremely dangerous, I worry for the staff who have to clean that space. Another issue: when we mentioned at check-in that we chose the smaller inn to avoid the ghost stories tied to the main hotel (which made me uneasy), the receptionist responded by saying this inn also has ghost sightings. I could have gone without that information, ignorance is bliss. Between the mold and the ghosts, I barely slept.

My favorite time of year is "peak fall foliage" week, which historically is the first week of October in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. We booked a 3 night stay (10/7-10/10) many months in advance as it was high season and fortunately and in full disclosure, as a member of the travel industry, I was offered a discounted rate. We were celebrating a combination wedding anniversary and birthdays. Unfortunately this year, due to drought and blight, the colors were muted and we were about 10 days past peak according to the locals. It is no fault of the hotel that fall foliage stunk this year, of course, but there's a ton of fault that Omni Bretton Arms Inn needs to address and hopefully rectify. My wife, elderly parents and I stayed in a "family room" - 2 Queen bedded rooms and a shared bathroom. We assumed (shame on me) the bathroom would be between the 2 rooms (no door between, rather a "hallway") but this was not the case. The larger room (occupied by my parents) had the bathroom attached to it and we had to walk through their room (and try not to wake/disturb) them to use it. This room type may work for parents and small children, but not for adult family traveling together. I realized immediately after check-in that this wasn't going to work and inquired about availability of any other rooms/suites at the Inn or the main hotel, but no luck as they were booked to 100% capacity. We eventually just began going downstairs to the bathroom in the lobby when nature called. Not very cool at 3am to go down 3 flights of stairs.... Other than the less than ideal layout....the room? The beds were very old and uncomfortable. The sheets/comforter/duvet were threadbare in spots. The bed was so bad that I took cushions off the (dirty and stained) sofa from the other room and used it as a mattress on the floor. I've stayed at many other "historic boutique" hotels in the past and never encountered such bad bedding. Omni, please take a tip from Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt and IHG.... get better beds. Smart Televisions are so inexpensive these days. It sure would have been nice to be able to stream on something other than my iPhone last Tuesday night when the rainstorm kept us in. The television was probably 10 + years old with a bad picture and the connection to the cable or satellite service was spotty - lots of freezing and pixelating. The tiny in-room refrigerator sure could have used a tiny in-room coffee maker on top of it. Or better yet, put a better/bigger minifridge and a proper coffee/tea station like even 2 star budget hotels do. There was paint peeling and buckling all over the walls of both rooms and the bathroom. The water pressure in the sink, shower and toilet was too low and there was a bit of black mold in the bathroom....which is dangerous. The rooms were serviced daily but the cleaning staff needs to be taken to task or retrained for their poor cleaning efforts. Our shared bathroom had what looked like oily smears on the royal bl

Location and views were very nice. The rooms were large maybe to large for the TV size provided. This hotel is overpriced in my opinon it carries the Omni name however not todays standards expected from Omni but yet at the price. seem very clean very quite. The down sides shows to have Valet parking did not parked my on car for 20. per night. No bell person lugged my own bags. The resturant at this location is only open certian nights of the week. Unfortantly for us it was closed no dinning options at this location. I was directed to Mount Washington hotel they provided a short bus ride to to eat at the Bar resturant beings i didn't have resevation at one of the resturants at Mount Washington Omni. We recived what you would expect from a bar resturant limitted menu, slow service, substandard food all at an Omni resturant price. The breakfest is alavialible at this hotel everyday. you have watch as they offer continental breakfest but seat you in a room away from the continental breeakfest set up and show you a menu that you can order from ordering from the menu cost extra. We were ask to wait to be seated as there were others coming so we waited about 10 min. to be seated. i wasn't clear on why we couldn't be seated as were guest there at the same hotel.

The Omni Mt Washington was an amazing place to stay. Incredible hotel, wonderful staff and great restaurants. The area was new to us and we loved exploring the walking trails and going to the top of Mt Washington.

We stayed at the Bretton Arm Inn with family including two children in the family suite (room A28). It was a comfy stay and the suite was excellent - two rooms with 1 queen and 2 twin beds. The front desk was extremely welcoming and friendly. Leah was exceptional, there was an issue with some room charges and she took care of us. Other two members Lisa and Richard were also very nice. We enjoyed the free continental breakfast - the selections were very good and the restaurant staff was friendly.
