The environment is really good. The mountains and plains are covered with red, yellow and green colors. This is it. The golf course looks like an oil painting when photographed.
However, such an expensive hotel does not include breakfast. There is only a buffet breakfast for 28 and there is not much to eat. I mainly eat fruits. The dinner at 1902 restaurant tastes good but is very expensive. They don’t even provide bread before the meal. They still have to buy it for 6 US dollars.
I stayed in so many hotels this time, and this is the only one that has a bellman to help deliver luggage to the room because the elevator is too small.
The tour that introduced the hotel was really good. The tour was supposed to be one hour, but the tour lasted an hour and a half.
The service at the front desk was very poor. When I checked in, I was asked to swipe my credit card for a pre-authorization deposit. After eating two meals, I thought it was deducted from the deposit. I called the bank and said it was two pre-authorizations and one was credited to US$253 (meal fee). It’s a few dollars more than the deposit) It’s another pre-authorization for POS machine consumption that hasn’t been released yet. I don’t know what kind of trick this is. I only stayed for one night and two pre-authorizations were deducted from me. How did I use POS for the second deposit? The card machine didn't ask me for my credit card when I checked out.

A perfect place to stay. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful! The restaurant food and service was 4 star! Great location to get to local points of interest. Wonderful, historic hotel! Highly recommended!

Excellent welcoming staff in a fabulous historic hotel- from check in with Thea to departure it was a truly enjoyable experience- the Presidential Wing room was exquisite- the Club Room was great for breakfast and happy hour- pool and hot tub relaxing, service very good, and grounds beautiful- I forgot some valuables in room safe and security and lost and found departments promptly recovered- we'll be back for sure

Overall we had such a wonderful time. We stayed just 2 nights but it felt like a full week in the best way! We felt so relaxed and refreshed. The staff were pleasant and very attentive. It was our anniversary and they surprised us with a lovely gift of Champagne and chocolates in our room. The views are incredible. We will definitely be back! Another thing both my husband and I noticed and commented on is that it appeared the staff here really enjoyed working here.

Our stay at the Omni Mt. Washington Resort was a blend of historic charm and warm hospitality. Though our first night had a few room issues, the front desk staff responded swiftly and professionally, relocating us to a better room and ensuring our comfort. The resort itself is beautifully maintained, with a grand lobby and a strong commitment to preserving its heritage. Dining was consistently excellent, with standout service and high-quality meals. Cocktails were generously poured and well-crafted, though service at one bar was slower than expected. Thankfully, other staff members quickly turned the evening around with attentive care. We also enjoyed live music in the public room and highly recommend the daily hotel tour at 10 AM, which offers a fascinating look into the resort’s history. The gym was well-equipped, and the availability of EV chargers—despite slower speeds—was appreciated. Overall, the staff’s warmth and professionalism made our stay truly memorable. The resort offers a thoughtful blend of elegance and comfort that lingers long after checkout.

Went for an end of summer weeklong getaway and had an excellent stay. We love the MWH for its history, uniqueness, and quality experiences. The view is outstanding, the rooms well kept, and the service was overall very good. That said, a few servers, particularly during the breakfast serving, clearly needed more training on how to treat guests. Also, having come the MWH for 21 years now, we've noticed Omni has been gradually taking away certain unique items and experiences through the years and would suggest they stop doing that. While they may be streamlining to save money, take away too much of what makes the MWH different and you'll have just another expensive corporate run hotel with a great view (hard to take that away). One more thing, the policy on pets should be made clearer and I would suggest letting them know if you have an allergy to dogs before you book and stay in your room. We did not and had a rough first night which has never happend before. That said, the hotel remedied the situation upon notice by providing us another room.
