Nichts für Verwöhnte
Nur für echte Abenteurer! Die Zimmer sind Holzverschläge mit innenliegender Dusche inmitten des Raums, Mini- Waschtisch, einem abgetrennten WC und Fenstern ohne Verdunkelung, durch die von außen Licht reinflutet, wenn der Bewegungsmelder ausgelöst wird- was die ganze Nacht geschah. Die Matratzen sind bretthart und der Raum war kalt. Parken geht nur weiter weg und den Koffer mussten wir treppauf, treppab schleppen. Rezeption schließt um 20.30 Uhr. Länger als eine Nacht geht kaum. Das Beste war für uns das Frühstück im Badhaus.

Ho soggiornato all'Alter per 2 notti a novembre 2024 con una collega di lavoro: lo sconsiglio vivamente perché è un alloggio totalmente anti inclusivo. È presente una ripida scala esterna per l'accesso, la camera è un buco soffocante senza né un tavolo di appoggio, né una seggiola e nemmeno l'armadio. Il bagno è costituito da una doccia con la tenda e da un mini lavabo in mezzo alla camera, il water si trova all'interno di un simil armadio. I letti sono a castello ricavati all'interno di una scomoda nicchia. Il prezzo è lo stesso degli appartamenti nelle vicinanze, ma sicuramente più confortevoli e accessibili da tutti. Esperienza da dimenticare, assolutamente!

Haben das Brunchen gebucht unter der Vorstellung das es ein Brunch ist. Wir wurden von einem 1,5m langen Frühstücksbuffet begrüßt mit einer Auswahl die jedes 2 Sterne Motel topen könnte. Ich habe fast nix konsumiert und es wurde darauf bestanden das wir 27,50 € pro Kopf zahlen! Zum Vergleich: Ein Frühstück im my Arbor 5 Sterne kostet gleich viel und geht mit 30m2 Frühstücksbuffet ins Rennen + top Panorama! Auf Beschwerde würde 0,0 eingegangen. Wie hier 5 Sternebewertungen rauskommen können ist mir schleierhaft, denn jeder der nur ein wenig von guter Gastro versteht würde da die Beine in die Hand nehmen. Letztes Mal haben wir auch das Essen zurückgehen lassen weil es geschmacklich am Rande der Amateurküche steht und preislich absoluter Wucher ist! Burgerfleisch Konsistenz her vorher tiefgefroren "#frisch", komplett tot gebraten, Salz und Pfeffer nie gesehen. (Wir gingen nur nochmal dahin weil wir einen Gutschein aufbrauchen mussten). Ein Pluspunkt: Pommes sind gut, top Bedienung der Friteuse. Delusioniert at Best! Bravo

Modernes Konzept B&B. Während unten im umgebauten alten Schlachthof Craftbeer und Cocktails über den Tresen gehen, schlummern oben auf dem Dachboden B&B Gäste. Der über eine Außentreppe erreichbare B&B Bereich ist kubistisch in OSB Platten Optik angelegt. Im Inneren der Boxen finden sich geräumige Zimmer, die mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet sind. So fehlt es an nichts. Die Bäder sind offen in die quer übers Zimmer verteilten Dachbalken integriert, die Schlafkohjen erreicht man über eine Trittleiter und zum chillen gehts in gemütliche Ecken auf Kissen aus Kaffeesäcken.

Eine sehr schöne Restaurant-Location mit Hof und kreativer Einrichtung. Direkt in der Stadt am Fluss gelegen. Bei dem Namen „Schlachthof“ sollte man Fleischvariationen jeglicher Art erwarten dürfen. Primär sind es aber Burger und die einzige Steakvariante war eine mäßige „Tagliata“ mit Kartoffelpüree bei dem sogar der Parmesan-Käse fehlte - das Ganze für 29 €. Preislich OK. Es gibt in der Nähe aber gewiss bessere Restaurants um ein gutes Steak zu essen.

Überteuerte Unterkunft mit einen Ansatz von nostalgischen, wenn man im einem dachstock von einer ehemaligen Schlachterei schlafen möchte. Wow jede Jugendherberge bietet hier genau so viel es gab nicht mal ein gestell zum die koffer abzustellen mussten vom boden aus uns bedienen. Es ist sehr warm im Dachsock und mussten deshalb die fenster öffnen. aber der lärm von der Gastwirtschaft war immens und störte unsere unsere nachtruhe. Für diesen Preis kriegt man ausserhalb von Brixen einiges mehr geliefert. Das beste war das Morgenbuffet das war grossartig.hier würde ich 5 Sterne geben.

Sehr cool aufgemacht und super gelegen. Parken nur etwas abseits möglich. Dafür sehr coole Bar und tolles Frühstück a la carte Die Zimmer sind sehr offen gestaltet, die Dusche ist mitten im Raum. Es könnte mehr Ablagen und Sitzgelegenheiten geben. Aber uns hat es sehr gefallen und wir kommen wieder
