I've been traveling for 30 years this has to be the best hotel I've ever stayed at they keep the place clean they always helpful and the rooms are at a good price excellent staff so without a doubt I will be back. For anyone looking for a great place to be during Vacations or weekends this is the spot and Brenham Texas the location is great grocery stores restaurants hardware stores everything it's within a block away

Great new rooms new furniture and very safe and convenient location and very helpful staff i stayed there bvoz i moved to brenham and was looking for house they have kitchenette rooms and also rooms which are like apartment I absolutely loved it

Our stay was great! The gentleman behind the desk was very pleasant and accommodating. We had a large box truck that they let us park very close to our room. There were several restaurants within walking distance which was a welcome surprise.

It is obvious to me the goal of the owners is to make money, not provide good service. I was assigned a room much in need of renovation: big gap in door, bed made noises with movement, fridge iced over, floor dirty, bathroom outright dingy. The outside area was littered, paint peeling, dirty, very shabby. The pool was closed. No breakfast bar as pictured when I made the reservation. I was charged the same rate for a dilapidated room as a newly renovated room. I checked out a day early and expressed my concerns to the desk clerk. I asked for a partial refund for an extremely disappointing and overpriced room. She called her manager, who would not even come to talk to me. I was supposed to be happy that they were willing to refund my unused night’s stay. What a disgraceful operation!

It was horrible and has gone way down hill. Rooms are not habitable and honestly unsafe. No coffee pot in room. No toilet paper holder lighting issues. I could go on and on. This room should never have been rented to anyone. The faucet was loose shower head malfunction

Poorly kept property with rude management. Even with a reservation you can't tell if you'll have a room when you need it, after talking with manager. Find a better choice - there is Super 8 nearby, that's a better choice at similar price point.
