The Suites at Fall Creek

The rooms were nice, but one of my employees had an issue with her room. The pullout sofa was stained on the outer/top cushion, as well as the bottom of the inner cushion (bed) was horrible. She didn't want to complain but she said she will contact the front desk to let them know. It could easily be steam cleaned. But the rest of the rooms were nice.

The customer service is really good here. What i don't understand is reading all the reviews about this place and people complaining about the timeshare thing to get your parking pass. All you have to do is tell them no. They kept trying to tell me they could get me free show tickets, but I'm not dumb. Nothing if free, there's always a catch, and that's the timeshare pitch. Other than that, the indoor pool was down for renovations, so there were only 2 pools open that were overcrowded with guests. So that didn't help any. The rooms are a little bit outdated, but there are updated rooms on the property. So when you check in, just ask if there are any of them available. The only other issues we had were that our bathroom sink was leaking underneath, which I called, and maintenance came and fixed it. The bedroom window wasn't shut all the way, so I tried to shut it, and then I realized why it was shut for because the lock was broken. So I called down to the from desk again, and they sent maintenance to fix it. The last night we were there, the neighbors were playing music really loud and we could hear it throw the wall and it was 11pm at night so I had to call the from desk again, they sent out security to handle it they said. Other than those issues, we had a good time. The staff was really nice and very helpful. They probably need to have maintenance go through and do preventative maintenance on the rooms, but I do know there are a lot of rooms, and this is a very big property that is spread out. I would stay here again, though. Hopefully, this helps future guess out.

Our room was recently remodeled and was very nice. Much bigger than most one bedroom units we have stayed at. We were there in late November,so the outdoor pool was closed, but the indoor pool was very nice. Quiet location but close enough to the things we want in Branson. We always go for the Christmas celebration at Silver Dollar City. Love to eat breakfast at the Hungry Hunter Cafe. Get there early as it has limited seating.

While facility is conveniently located. The suites are adequate.They are however divided into sections A and and B with individual thermostats that give the illusion that you have control of climate in your specific room or suite which is untrue. Whoever is occupying suite A controls both thermostats so you cannot adjust the temperature without having the maintenance person coming and closing the baffle between the suites which then leaves you without heating or cooling. This information was not shared until we had a suite B and found out the hard way and then the tenants that were staying in Suite A became unruly pounding on the door and yelling through the door that separates the suite to stop changing the temperature and then they had small children that were screaming and kicking on the door. This information is not given as full disclosure at check-in so buyer beware …you also have not only your hotel fee, but an additional resort fee so heads up on that one …staff for the most part, friendly and cooperative, others were rude and less than professional at reception. A replacement room was provided, but understand that the appliances in the room may be out as the coffee maker was 10 years old, and missing parts and was also broken ..but they don’t supply any additional items for those items . Summer is a time for large families and lots of kids. So if your looking for a quiet relaxing place… go somewhere else. A call was placed one day prior to reservation inquiring if the hot tubs and pools were working. We were told they in fact were working.Upon arrival one of each were out of service. So call before you go and find out what your getting for the price.

Check in was very very long and lost our reservation and then found it and wanted to charge us but we had prepaid for entire week Bedroom did not have any drapes so was very bright early in the morning Dishwasher broke and nobody came to fix it after we told them it was not working
