Great place to stay. Beds were super comfortable. Everything in the room worked great. The Free breakfast was perhaps the best breakfast I have ever had at a motel. Breakfast was a full hot meal and everything was kept supplied and hot. All the front desk clerks were very helpful. Excellent location and easy to go from motel to any show in town. Clerk Jordan was especially helpful. I will definitely use this hotel the next time we visit Branson.

Super nice people but the hotel needs a lot of work. It’s in a great location- walkable distance etc to the “the landing” but uphill back to the hotel. Beds were good. Breakfast about the same as all.. fake eggs etc. Doors to rooms do not lock real well so you have to double check when you leave and when you go to bed. Didn’t notice if there were elevators but I doubt it. Another consideration.

This is the 1970's, needs a renovation, smells awful Best Western with staff that is actively hostile (with the exception of the housekeeping supervisor). We requested housekeeping when leaving the room for the day, and the guy at the front desk dressed us down for asking. The employee at the breakfast buffet acted as though the guests were the enemy. And that daily housekeeping? Nothing cleaned or vacuumed and the bed looked as though a petulant four-year-old made it. Highly recommend against staying here.

stayed at this hotel and was disappointed with the experience. It was overpriced for what it offered, with several issues: spiders in the room, a dark room that made it hard to notice the dirt, and an air conditioner that tripped the fire alarm repeatedly. I couldn’t rest due to noisy street activity all night, and there was no ice available on request

Many improvements need to be made internet was down, rooms smell like mold, sheets didn’t stay on the bed. We found garbage left from the last people to stay there. Nice location. Easy access to the landing.

The pictures do NOT match this hotel. We stayed here thinking it would be nice. It was absolutely disgusting. We packed up and left the next day. I never ever leave bad reviews but I don’t want a family getting stuck in this place for how outdated and gross it is.
