I could tell the long story but I'll just say....BED BUGS and I have pics and videos to prove it. Very unprofessional owners/managers. Don't stay here.

Have stayed several times in the past with no issue, this time was horrible! No smoking room reaked of cigarette smoke even though it was a non smoking room. Went to front desk and they gave us a can of spray for the room so had flowery smoke scent. They refused to offer anything more. Upon leaving we again complained to no avail. On our way home Kristin called my husband and was very rude and said the owners we busy with his wife's surgery but we still had to go thru ******* to see what could be done. We did that but will never stay here again due to the completely rude service! They should have left their motel in better hands!

We stayed five nights here and were very happy with the facility and the staff. The Inn is just a block off of Highway 76 which is the main "drag" in Branson. The room was large, quiet and comfortable. The free breakfast was good and included eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereal, oatmeal, waffles, muffins, juice, etc.

The rooms are clean. The beds are hard, extremely noisy. Woke up both mornings sore. Definitely not worth 280 bucks for 2 nights.

All was great
everything was as advertised. The room was clean and everything worked as it should. there are no vending machines so take your own snacks. The front desk was exceptional with all help needed.

I would give Seven Gables 10 stars if i could! The bed was fantastic! I have back issues and most hotel beds are not good for my back. I slept through the whole night both nights we stayed. We went to Branson to do some antiquing and this Inn was within 5 miles of every antique shop we went to. Hot breakfast was excellant even though they were in the process of updating their menu. Staff was superb. All around...great place to stay. If we make it back to Branson, we will definitely stay here again.

Our room was well put together, budget friendly and safe place to stay.
We booked a King room with a Jacuzzi tub for my Birthday weekend. The bed is the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in. Our room had a Refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot with coffee & flat screen Tv.
Housekeeping made sure our room was services daily with enough towels & amenities. (HUGE shot out to the housekeeping staff) The floors are laminated hardwood and housekeeping made sure they were clean. Overall housekeeping Exceeded expectations and made our stay away from home completely relaxing! Our Room was located 2 minutes from the main script. An easy 10 min walk to West 76 country blvd.
The only thing missing is a dresser to unpack but it did have a standing closet & a lot of counter space.
I was expecting a little more out of breakfast after reading the reviews.
Breakfast consist of a small selection to choose from. Eggs, sausage, sausage links, The coffee was DELICIOUS and fresh with coffee mate creamers ETC!
OVERALL budget friendly, safe, close to everything, clean spacious room.
I would stay at seven again.
