Mike (the nameplate said Manager Lee Frank on duty) at the front desk was so rude. He kept leaving during his attempt at checking me into a room to go eat his food. He ran my credit card and told me it was declined and give me a printout. This was after he asked for a different credit card to run. Then told me he couldn’t figure out how to run the card. I had to look up the information for him that he needed to figure out how to do it. Then he told me it was declined again. He kept wanting to leave the counter, again, to go eat. And then I told him just try to run my initial card and then he accused me of stealing someone’s credit card because he said the name did not match my ID and I told him that was impossible and showed him how he was wrong again - he misspelled my name and I had to show him my drivers license and the name on my credit card matched. The name that he typed into his system did not match because it was wrong. After insulting me, he said he did not want to do it again and wanted to go eat his food. I ended up leaving to go to a different hotel. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I gave him my drivers license and my credit card that both had my name spelled correctly, and he misspelled my first and last name. Utter carelessness. There was a man that came in before me and he also was unable to give that guy a room because of an issue with his credit card. This seems like a Mike issue. Outside of this, the front lobby was dirty, and ran down. Please get employees that want to work and do their job!

Michael the front desk was super kind and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and check in was a breeze. No complaints. This is our third time staying here and where we usually stay when we come to Branson. Very affordable and clean.
