Club Wyndham Branson at the Meadows

Front desk crew was very nice. Room is clean and spacious. We stayed there last year and loved it, so we came back again this year. Really love the benefits of having a kitchen. Pool is nice, but always crowded, so don’t expect too much on that.

I found a venomous pygmy rattlesnake in my room at 130am on my second and final night of the stay. Had to call hotel staff to be transferred to another room. It was a down graded room that I didn’t even want to stay in. I would have drove home if not for booking an event the following day. That I then was tired for after not being able to sleep. Especially without snake nightmares. Had a horrible experience talking to the manager the next morning Donna. Was told she has snakes on her property at home and I should be fine. I’m not fine and I did not book a wedding anniversary trip to have a venomous snake be in my room and told it was okay. They only wanted to comp my one night stay when what was suppose to be a happy anniversary turned nightmare. I’m just lucky that my husband found the snake or we could have been bitten in the middle of the night going to the bathroom. Or it could have crawled on our bed and bit us. I have pictures and video of the snake. Horrible customer service. The hot tub was out. The heated outdoor pool was drained. We looked past these things till you find a venomous snake in your room. Would not recommend this place with how they handle things. The General Manager Heather made it known to me that snakes are around the property and it is NOT THE FIRST TIME and is a common occurrence. So if you are terrified of SNAKES DO NOT STAY HERE. They are more concerned with not losing the “owners” money than refunding your stay.

Nice resort for families or couples. Resort and rooms are clean and well maintained. Highly recommend for travel to Branson.

The grounds were very accommodating. Staff was very friendly and willing to go the extra mile for anything you need. Plenty to do with attractions every day. Loved it, will definitely be back.

Mixed qualities- they were very focused on the sales presentation they were indifferent to your day to day needs.

I'm going to try and be fair here cause this is a resort and not a hotel meaning that each unit is privately owned and each person experience will be different. Pros: Staff is so friendly and helpful The grounds are kept really well, the pools are very nice with plenty of seating and bathrooms at the pool. The unit was clean with nothing broken and attractions were fairly close. Nice for families. Cons: Accosted after signing in by sale pitches for Wyndham Clubs in the guise of being a hotel concierge. That was really annoying promising discounted tickets for this and that for 90 minute presentation. The unit needed updating especially bathroom area. The sink was just above my knees, no shelves to put toiletries, the showerhead was way too low, not enough garbage cans, no instructions concerning the unit or Branson in general. No welcoming feeling ot thanks for staying at this unit.
