Quality Inn Branson on the Strip

This was a disappointing experience. The first room we were given was already occupied. The front desk staff addressed this quickly which we appreciated. However, our experience with the second room was not great. The shower had a huge wad of hair in the drain and there was hair on the toilet. There were also wrappers and trash left in the ice bucket sitting on the sink. The room generally seemed like it wasn't thoroughly cleaned and prepped for guest arrival. Also not all of the light sockets were in working order. The lights for lighting up the exterior of the building were so bright and right outside our window that it was difficult to sleep even with the shades closed because the light was still coming through around the shades. The most confusing and disruptive part of our experience was that at around 930pm and 1030pm, after we had already gone to sleep, the same front desk staff member knocked on our door. The first time this happened he had walked away before I could get the door open. Then, on the second occurrence, he just gestured toward me that he didn't need anything when I did open the door. It's almost as if they forgot they moved us to this room and were coming to see if the room was occupied. Regardless, it was incredibly disruptive and made it not a restful experience. The breakfast options were slim and not enjoyable.

The room itself was very tiny for a two queen room. There was a door adjoining the next room that we had no contact with, but the door itself had old built-up dirt on it. There was no drain plug for the bathroom sink. The grounds were filthy. There was trash everywhere. The ice machines that were outside in the hallways were vandalized and filthy. The washcloths and towels were all old stained and nubby. This hotel has outside entry only, and there were separate buildings- the building that faces the highway had been renovated at least on the outside. The building they put us in was behind The first building. The second building that they put us in had not been updated and was very creepy and scary. I would never bring my family there and stay again. We did not have room to move around. We did not feel safe.

I read the bad reviews before purchasing. I thought to myself “it’s Branson, I just need a place to sleep” well, I was so wrong and will never stay here again. The bed was ROCK hard. The bedding and pillows were pilling and uncomfortable. 4 tiny pillows that did not even cover the king size bed. Bath towels were like using sand paper to dry your body. It was just all over an uncomfortable non relaxing stay. There was also a half used roll of toilet paper in the bathroom and no extra rolls. You had to step up to enter the bathroom which is so dangerous in the middle of the night. 10/10 would not recommend.

I am a Diamond member of Choice Rewards and have stayed in their hotels across the US. This was, by far, the worst! I was assigned room 520. Bathroom: the back of the door & wall was filthy and a screw end was poking out the door; no bath mat; tub was dirty - a knot of hair came up from the drain; drain was slow-water was up to my ankles when I finished shower; ceiling was rusty. Sink area: very clean-thank you. Bed: the foot of the bed was higher than the head, I ended up sleeping with my head at the foot to get comfortable. AC: noisy & rattles, leaks water outside Floor: was filthy and floor board were popping up Outside the room: there was a bag of trash near the corner of the building. I felt like I was being punished for using points to stay. If you get a room here ask to look at it first before renting it!!

the property was clean and thats about all you can say. Its was very dated and the air condition didn't work well. The facility was in need of repair and the front desk/breakfast area was very cluttered.

The location is great. The price was inexpensive. The free breakfast was decent. The room really wasn't the cleanest but the beds were comfortable and the a/c worked ok. The pools were clean and open. The hotel grounds were kinda dirty. The staff was friendly and helpful. If you're looking for an upscale place this is not it. If you looking for a inexpensive decent hotel this ones for you.
