I would like to formally express my dissatisfaction with the behavior I encountered during my recent visit to your hotel. The front desk agent, Guneev, exhibited a level of rudeness and unprofessionalism that I found concerning. Despite the fact that I was simply visiting a friend who was staying at the hotel, the agent took it upon herself to call security and instruct us to have our friend come and escort us, citing that we were not permitted to walk in. This was an unusual and unpleasant experience, especially given that we were a group of four guests and it was during the daytime. I have never encountered such behavior in any hotel before, and it left a negative impression of my experience at your establishment.

I booked two suites, one for my daughter and one for her 87 year old grandmother whom my daughter was using her vacation time to visit. I made this very clear in the booking and asked for adjoining rooms. When I had received no response by the morning of the visit I called the hotel and again explained the situation. While they could not do adjoining rooms they could do side by side rooms which was fine. When my daughter and her 87 year old grandmother checked in they were given one key. In the room they discovered a room with a door and a fold out couch and assumed this was "two rooms" and settled in. The next day when they spoke with me I discovered they only had one suite. Already settled in they asked at the desk about a refund on the second room which they had not been given access to. They were told they would need to speak with a manager the next day as at the desk they didn't know how it worked. So my daughter spent a second night on the couch. The following day she called me from a noisy hallway with kids running up and down as her grandmother was asleep. This is when I understood that she still did not have access to the second fully paid for room and she went and got the second key. These rooms were booked together and a full explanation given. You cannot mistake an 87 year old woman checking in. They were shorted two full nights of a suite with my daughter on a couch and making phone calls from a noisy hallway. I have heard nothing from the hotel. Terrible service
