The location is perfect, right on top of poins mall which is also a convenience. Direct access to MRT and not far from Transjakarta station is also a huge plus for this hotel. Hospitality is also there. The two swimming pools and the garden is great, but the gym is a bit lackluster since there's not many equipment and one of the equipment was unusable.
Room is nice, clean, great view, they upgrade me to deluxe from superior which was cool. The only not-so-good thing is the water heater which was not working properly. Other than that waiting for my next time to stay at this hotel again

The hotel is quite okay, quite clean. Nearby with bus station like 1-2 mins walking distance and 10 mins walking distance to mrt station. But not suitable for woman solo traveller during night unless you take e-hailing to travel during night, the surrounding is a bit creepy and a bit dark. During the day its fine.

Staff: Very welcoming, polite, and helpful.
Room 5008: Comfortable bed, clean, great air-conditioning, and a swimming pool window view.
Amenities: Welcome drink at the lobby, swimming pool, bicycle rental, and great location.

Good Stuff
- Approximately 15mins walking distance to Losari Beach.
- There's a convenient store just outside the hotel, Circle K.
- Alot of cafes nearby, Maxx Coffee, MyCoffee, Fireflies Coffee, Starbucks.
- Approximately 3mins walk to Gelael Supermarket.
- WiFi connection was smooth.
- 2 bottles of mineral water topup daily even if you have 1 left(same goes for the toiletries and complimentary coffee/tea).
- Cool foamy handsoap, and it smells good, too.
- TV has quite a range of channels to keep you entertained.

Bad Stuff
- Toilet and shower are weirdly separated.
- Shower room doesn't have a shelve to place your own toiletries.
- One of the window locks was slightly damaged and wasn't locked.
- It can be quite noisy in the morning when a family with kids is using the swimming pool.

Need better pest control. In the room I stayed, I observed some german cockroaches (blatella germanica) that coming out from under the bed, in the bathroom, and around work table area, especially in the nighttime. Apparently I also found one tomcat just before check out earlier.

the view from the window was beautiful we were lucky enough to get a room with sea view.

the staff where very nice and helpful.
Buffet Breakfast with lots of choices

View from bed room is very good, we can see beautiful sunset.
There are many resto, mini market and malls very close from Hotel.
