Short 1-night stay in GZ before my flight the next day. Cleanliness can be better as the toilet had small and the floor a bit sticky. There is also some traffic noise. However the location is not bad, 5min walk to Xiaobei Metro Station. Free bottled water is provided and staff is friendly

The location is excellent and the view from the window is great. It's very convenient to go out for meals. The room is clean, and the bedding and bathroom amenities are all very good. One small suggestion is that the Wi-Fi is a bit slow and laggy; it could be optimized.

It is nice location, very close to pier and Canton tower and there are some good restaurants and markets near by. However, it is 45-50 mins from International airport.

The location is just perfect away from noise but walking distance to busy lane and road.
The room is big and comfortable but the appearances worn out look...needs refurbishment.
The serving staff at reception is friendly and helpful, to the first timer to be aware of the small check in counter is facing the park and lift to the room is within mall where main entrance open late morning else to go round thru back door.

Cleanliness: Spotlessly clean.
Location: The area boasts many attractions, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing.
Service: The staff were very polite, and being able to check in at 12 PM was a great convenience. Ordering food delivery was also very convenient.

Use the address Trip.com provides: especially for a Didi car service ride.

Don't use the name Waifiden since there are other locations using this name .
There is no name for this homestay. You will see a big blue sign and it will say 6 th fl. Enter and take 1st fl elevator to the 6 th and that will be the check-in  Waifiden and they will tell you which floor once checked in and you take the elevator opposite check in.
Walk out to the main road and you will see a big red pole with a transit symbol and number 6 and 9 on it.
That is where your pickup and drop off point for a Didi is.
If you decide to take the metro or train, get off at YIDE road or lu then take exit B only and not A, because B has an escalator and A has only stairs. Once up turn right go through the yellow bars on floors and cross the main road and you will see red lanterns hanging in front of a store. You can go down the alley before the red lanterns then at the end make a left or you can go down the alley after the lanterns and make a right u turn but this way you will encounter a few steps.
The kitchen has no utensils, plates, nor cookware. Wish they had a microwave. There is a washing machine no dryer and no safe . They make up your room everyday and give you bottles of water . Only negative, one night I had to kill a big cockroach.

Thank God we found this hotel just 10 minutes walk away from Beijing Road Station Exit A. 2 minutes walk to 天字码头Tian Zi Piers This hotel looks a bit old but very spacious and have sofa and table for dining. This hotel provides complete necessary amenities such as 2 room key cards, the minibar, the microwave, kettle, washing machine cum drier, windows with beautiful view of ZhuJiang River and cruise. The front desks staffs and cleaner are very friendly and helpful. We did not know how to on the TV and connecting to hotel WIFI the front desk female staff 小陈 Xiao Chen was very helpful. She came to our room and taught us how to on TV and connecting to WI-FI. The cleaner also helped us to spray air freshener when we asked for it. There's no smoking smell in the hotel vicinity or in the hallway when we checked in. The overall surrounding of this hotel was very clean and no smoking smell. We can even go to level 43 to snap photo of the ZhuJiang river view. Highly recommended this hotel.

The hotel has a large parking lot, parking is very convenient, the front desk reception service is very enthusiastic, the elevator requires a card to go up, the bedding is very neatly laid with ironing lines, the towels and bath towels are also very new and clean, the fountain downstairs will be turned on at night and it is very beautiful to take pictures, I am very satisfied with the stay, I will stay again next time

Location of this property is very ideal for business traveller's and uts main usp. The room size is big and have a feel of independent flat with small kitchen.

The room needs better cleaning all the furniture needs renovation including toilet.

This place can be better if management take care of house keeping 
Also air conditioner is only cooling and is not having heating option specially in winter they keep the ac closed.

Over all will recommend if other prices are too high

Positives: great location next to many restaurants and shops, big and clean rooms equipped with refrigerators, microwaves, and hot plate. 
Negatives: lobby is on the 5F and almost impossible to find (have to take take a service elevator hidden away), wet rot deterioration of wood paneling.

The room at this price is also OK, the sanitation is generally cleaned, the mirror 🪞 the dust visible in the corner of the TV table bedside table, the cockroach can be wiped by itself, the furniture facilities are quite new, the washing machine induction cooker is also complete, but in my case, clean and tidy is more important than anything. The height of the building can see the street view is more beautiful
