This hotel provides a solid airport hotel experience with fast, automated check in & check out, efficient lifts, polished interiors, extremely comfortable beds, great room design that makes the best use of the space, modern bathroom and perfectly sized bathtub (and washlet on the toilet), some rooms also give wonderful views of the Tokyo skyline if the air is clear.  The one drawback is that, despite the good soundproofing from aircraft sounds and other guests, there was an incessant stream of noise from the bathroom that could not be stopped (and closing the bathroom door did not dampen it). To get to sleep I had to wear noise cancellation headphones which was a bit uncomfortable and not ideal.

This is the forth time I live at this hotel, I found the sofa inside the room is dirty, the room is very congest, you can't even open two luggage bags at one time.
We live in the hotel for 12 days and did a lot of shopping. There is no place for us to put our belongings and the sofa can hardly accommodate for two persons at one time. We are elderly of almost 70s both, we sometimes need comfortable chairs to take a rest in the room.  Only one person can sit on the sofa all the time as our luggage bags were there.  We feel a little disappinted with the room arrangement this time as the sofa too small and room very crowded with two beds. Moreover, the bed too soft which makes our back so painful.  The last two days we felt really suffering.

A pleasant stay for 5 nights. Good view from the window, friendly staff, comfortable temperature in the room, access to multiple convenient stores.

Near to subway Kayabacho station, must exit 3, then turm let and walk abt 300 to reach hotel. I want to special mention a male receptionist named Terashima, despite our language barrier between both of us, he was still trying to help to check in and keep my bags at a safe place. hotel room is too small, aircond is powerful and water pressure at the bathroom is superb. will come back and stay again

One and foremost, this hotel gave us THE BEST SERVICE. We stayed for 4D3N here and had asked the staff on our arrival how early we need to send our luggage to airport using the Yamato Transport Service (yes they have the service at their lobby, SUPER CONVENIENT) and they told us we could do it one day prior. Turned out actually it's 2days prior. We only knew the night before we flew home and alrwady paid for everything. Came back from Disneysea to see our luggages still at the lobby. But thr Manager Mr Kei Tada, literally went to us the moment we stepped into the lobby and sat down, no kidding he literally knelt down next to me and said how sorry he was because of the mistake. They refunded our money on the spot and he brought ALL of our luggages (3 large sizes) to the airport the next morning at 5.30am (our flight at 10.20am) FREE OF CHARGE. I could never thank him enough. We arrived at the airport at 7.25am and he alreay there waiting for us for about 1 hour at the counters. We were so touched. Japanese people are so diligent and responsible. I don't have any pictures of the room and hotel they just like how they're advertisedz. Clean, cosy but not so spacious but for us both it's doable. We had a packed schedule in Japan (no suprises), and we stayed here the last three days we're in Japan before flew back home and booked ourselves tickets to HP WB studios, Disneyland and Disneysea. So from Osaka we had our luggages transported here and to our amusement they arrived at the hotel literally at the same time with us. The hotel staffs were super accommodating. We chose this hotel since its 4min away from the TCAT (Tokyo City Air Terminal) so super convenient to get to and from the airport. There's a train station SUPER near to the hotel, on the same direction to the TCAT and there's a 7/11 next to it. We took it to the HP WB studio. But Disneyland and Disneysea we had to take another train which took about 1.2km away (around 19-20min walk). The morning walk was breezy, but the one you took from the park to the hotel back home when your feet already killing you yeah that's the beauty of travelling to Japan🤣

Love the location here. Directly next to the Yurikamome line so very convenient if you’re headed to Toyosu/Odaiba/Tokyo Big Sight etc. Also a few mins away from Shimbashi train station which connects you to most of the major areas in Tokyo. For travellers who value peace and quiet, rooms here are great for that. Note that window faces the inside of hotel so please choose carefully when booking. Room was also very spacious, had no problems opening one huge trunk and cabin luggage at the same time. Well-equipped room with all the usual basic amenities. Highly recommended for solo travellers.

A great hotel with amazing value. The staff is amazing and very helpful. There is a free drinks station at the lobby. The location is near two metro stop with different lines. Very convenient.

We love this place! The front desk people is really nice and helpful. The room was cleaned and a good size for being Japan.

I love everything about this hotel, especially its Sunday's big discount.

The rooms are all high floor and the self service coin operated laundry with dryer is at the 14th floor. Free flow wine and tidbits at the lobby from 5-7pm.

However, there are misleading reviews saying you can see the Tokyo Tower or Mt Fuji as it's surrounded by even taller buildings!

We were a family of four (two adults and two children), and the hotel was very thoughtful in preparing all the sleeping arrangements for us, which we greatly appreciated. The hotel's location is excellent, just over 500 meters from the metro station, making it incredibly convenient to get around. Personally, I found it offered great value for money.

Great location near Sanomiya train station with lots of food nearby. Also have a supermarket and daiso nearby. The place also provide happy hour wine and snacks like candy and pancake. Kids love it.

The room was quite spacious for Japan, and I had a very comfortable stay. Housekeeping was provided daily. The amenities were excellent, even including thoughtful touches like charging cables, and they offered plenty of complimentary toiletries. The location was also very convenient for transportation.
