Very disappointing experience. How come it is a 4star hotel while it doesn't have a mini fridge in guest rooms? This was very inconvenient and cost us a lot as we had to buy everything fresh and with a baby this was extremely difficult to manage. The people at the dask were very friendly and would store food for you in the fridge, yet it was by no means the convenience you paid for. The hotel didn't have any cribs either, and the standard guest room was very tiny, again parameters that question the categorization of this hotel as 4star. As for the room maintenance, our room was not vacuum cleaned the second day of our stay. Everything was provided at bare mininmum, only 2 pillows and no face towels were provided.
On the positive side, the hotel had a restaurant, a coffee shop and a bar.

Vibrant hotel located at a convenient location right next to the metro station. Room is spacious and equipped with great amenities. Staff are lovely and helpful. Would highly recommend.

The breakfasts are such a wonderful way to start your day 

The rooms are clean though they did have some plumbing issues ( the water from the flush tank kept running ) but these are quick fixes

I think this hotel is fantastic for the price; located directly across from the tram station with a direct line to the main station. The room was extremely small, but functional, with an observable attention given to the functionality of the room through its design. 

Areas for improvement include the shared facilities, keep in mind, this hotel hosts both hotel guests, as well as in-resident guests (mostly university students studying abroad), as such, the shared spaces are not sufficient or clean enough to be utilised comfortably by so many people. In addition, the use of the hotel for in-resident university students means the design and decor are somewhat juvenile-feeling in nature. 

Apart from this — just like any hotel — it serves its function as a clean and comfortable space to spend time between days of exploring local Florence!

The room isn't very big, but it's clean and hygienic.

Nice, large rooms. New facilities, lots of things to do, young vibes, near to downtown. A really fun place to stay and work too if you have to. Parking was easy and the hotel provides chargers for you EV too if you drive there. Would definitely recommend and will come here again in the future. The staff at checkin is very friendly and helpful.
