The hotel is beautiful overall. The lobby is elegantly minimalist, yet grand, and truly artistic. It's a great spot for art lovers to take photos, and I'm sure it won't disappoint. The front desk staff were warm and friendly. Breakfast is served buffet-style. Having breakfast on the second floor, the view looking down into the ground floor is absolutely stunning – I truly loved it! I'll definitely be back.

Given my late-night arrival at Guangzhou East Railway Station and needing to check out the following day, I was looking for a conveniently located hotel for a quick stopover. After comparing options, this one offered the best value. The front desk is staffed 24/7, and the staff are diligent about verifying guest identities. I also frequently noticed security personnel patrolling the premises, which contributed to a strong sense of safety. Its location is fantastic, with major shopping centers like Lingzhan, Zhengjia, Tianhe City, and Taikoo Hui right on its doorstep. Plus, the hotel offers complimentary parking, which is a huge bonus!

Choosing Muliangzhuang Hotel in Huadu for this vacation was absolutely the right decision – it definitely deserves five stars!

The moment I stepped into the hotel, the strong Southeast Asian vibe instantly caught my eye. The lobby was surrounded by lush greenery, with stone paths underfoot and bamboo woven lamps overhead. It felt just like being on an overseas holiday, instantly putting me at ease. During check-in, the staff were warm and professional. They quickly got everything sorted for me and thoughtfully introduced the hotel's facilities and activities. My appreciation for the hotel instantly shot up.

My lake view room was absolutely fantastic! The room was spacious and bright, and the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered an unobstructed view of the picturesque lake and mountains outside, like a natural painting. The huge, soft bed ensured I had a great night's sleep. The bathroom design was also very thoughtful, with a separate wet and dry area, and an extra-large bathtub. After a tiring day, a soak in the tub melted all my fatigue away.

The hotel's amenities were also very extensive. The outdoor pool was crystal clear and beautifully designed, with sun loungers and parasols nearby. It was incredibly relaxing to sunbathe and swim there. The Muliang Qingquan Hot Spring is also a must-visit, offering several unique hot spring pools. After a soak, my skin felt noticeably better. For families with children, the outdoor kids' play area and indoor kids' club are a paradise. With a wide variety of play facilities, children can have endless fun.

The dining experience was also excellent. The buffet breakfast at Sui Shi Fang Western Restaurant offered a rich variety of options, including Chinese hot congee and steamed buns, as well as Western bread and bacon. Everything tasted great, setting me up for an energetic day. The Cantonese cuisine at Yang Chinese Restaurant was truly exceptional. The ingredients were fresh, and the cooking brought out wonderful flavors, making every dish unforgettable.

There are also many interesting places to visit around the hotel. European Town and Jiulong Lake Scenic Area are just a few minutes' drive away, perfect for sightseeing and photo opportunities. This stay was absolutely fantastic, and I'll definitely choose this place again for my next vacation!

Every hotel staff member is very enthusiastic. Xiao Min at the front desk greeted me, making me feel very comfortable and the environment is great. The most important thing is cleanliness! Staying in this hotel at this price is really a great value! They also upgraded the room type for me for free. I will come again next time I have the opportunity!

The service has seen a significant upgrade! Before check-in, customer service representative Xiao Tan proactively arranged a satisfactory room for me. It's clear that after a year, Kaixin International Hotel has truly launched a dedicated customer service. It's impressive for a five-star hotel to offer such personalized attention. The breakfast has also vastly improved in quality compared to three years ago; the Cantonese-style Pig's Trotter Vinegar is definitely worth trying. When you're feeling weary, this five-star hotel is a perfect retreat to relax and recharge. Phoenix Lake Park is just downstairs, and within a 15-minute drive, you can reach Donghu (East Lake) in Knowledge City and Jingxia Village – all great spots to explore with kids. Furthermore, Yue Long Restaurant on the second floor serves excellent dim sum and Chinese lunch.

The room was on the second floor, and cost more than 400 per night. It was generally OK, but it was far from the city center, so you couldn't order much takeout, and it took more than an hour to get to the city center by subway.

The hotel room is clean and tidy, and the price is worth it. Although the location is a bit off, there is a large shopping mall downstairs, which is very convenient for eating and shopping. There is also a Phoenix Lake Park opposite, and the air is good. It is suitable for families with children to take their children out to play.

Our stay was good, but could have been better. You check in at the MORDIN hotel lobby and then exit the hotel and walk to the apartments, it’s clearly marked and easy to find. It’s not far like the others say, but I’m also not lazy 🤷🏼♂️ The decor seems new like they recently renovated the hotel. Nice design and vibe to the apartments. Large room, best view you could ask for in this area. Room was comfortable and quiet. Good WiFi. Shower temperature and pressure was good. My only complaint was the TV is NOT in the bedroom like 99% of places I stay. Maybe this is do to “apartment” and not hotel. But like the other places I stay at, I like to relax and watch tv/movies. There is a couch/sofa but it’s not really a comfortable spot to watch tv out in the living room. Everything was perfect 👍🏻  Have a nice walk around the lake at night, it’s very comfortable.

Very convenient location just next to JiaoZi station, hence it was a bit pricey.  Room was a bit outdated but it was functional and comfortable.

This stay exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation and a vibrant surrounding area. The room was clean and tidy, with smart and complete facilities, making for a very comfortable stay. The staff were enthusiastic and professional, and their service was prompt and thoughtful, which made me feel very welcome. The breakfast offered a rich variety of delicious options, catering to different tastes. Overall, it offers extremely high value for money. Whether for business travel or a leisure vacation, it's a perfect and highly recommended choice! I will definitely choose to stay here again next time.

Location
Frontier Medical Center, the nearby area has not been completed, the supporting facilities are not perfect, and there is basically no food nearby.

Environment
The hotel environment is still OK, it is newly built, and it is still very clean and bright in all aspects.

Facilities and Equipment
1. The hotel does not have its own gym, but according to the Ctrip introduction, it is actually the gym in the park, and it was not available when I stayed there. This is definitely false advertising;
2. The laundry room is very simple, with a washing machine, no dryer, and no disinfectant;
3. The water temperature is extremely unstable, either very hot or cold, and it is very troublesome to adjust;
4. The light switch does not have a mark on which light it corresponds to. It is repaired together in a row, and it is pressed randomly. The picture shows the one next to the bed, and the row at the door is even more scary, there are too many;
5. The switch key is damaged.

Service
Some service staff are not very patient.

During the summer holidays, we brought our child to Dayi for a refreshing getaway. The hotel's service was incredibly thoughtful. For just a few hundred yuan, staying in a hotel with a hot spring bath was fantastic value for money! The hotel environment was lovely, and my child had a blast playing in the water. The hotel grounds were beautifully designed, and the mountain views were stunning. Breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious options. There are many attractions nearby, and dining was convenient, all within walking distance. It was a perfect one-stop solution for dining, accommodation, and entertainment, making our family trip truly worry-free and enjoyable! We plan to return in winter!

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The facilities are superb, the decor is modern, and the breakfast is nutritious. The rooms come equipped with a mini-fridge and high-speed WiFi, showing great attention to detail. The service is beyond excellent; from check-in to check-out, the staff were always smiling, accommodating every request, and even proactively helped with luggage and recommended local attractions. It truly felt like a warm welcome home. Definitely a five-star recommendation, I'll be back!
