It was really amazing stay!! This is the best hotel ever so far except the location that at night its quite full of bar , club but overall was really good.
Every staff member was  really polite and helpful.
The onsen a bit smal as it fit for 5-6ppls at most but it was fine.
The room was so nice and clean , also quite big in this area when compare with the price and it was sound proof we had really good night sleep there every night!!
Would love to come again!! ❤️

The hotel boasts an excellent location. With a subway exit right outside, it's incredibly convenient for getting around. The Ginza shopping district is just a 5-minute walk away, and there are plenty of dining options and convenience stores nearby – everything you could need! While the rooms are on the smaller side, they are spotlessly clean. A major plus is the onsen (hot spring) facility, and they even provide a high-quality Refa hairdryer. Highly recommend!

The room was really tiny, and I could hear the guests next door coughing. It's a bit of a walk to the subway station, but thankfully there are plenty of restaurants and shops along the way. The amenities and services were great; they provided fresh towels and water daily. The breakfast was especially good and plentiful.

The only minor drawback was the small room; otherwise, everything was excellent. Upon arriving at Narita Airport, I had planned to take a bus, but struggled to find where to purchase a transport card (as suggested by an online guide). So, I ended up taking the JR train directly from the airport to Tokyo Station instead. The journey cost 3070 JPY, took less than an hour, and had frequent services. I exited from the Yaesu Central Exit, following the orange signs, and it was just a 7-8 minute walk to the hotel using navigation. The hotel provides a comprehensive array of toiletries, including skincare products, face masks, and razors, and guests can also choose their preferred pillow. Ladies have access to a complimentary public bath on the third floor. Additionally, on the first floor, complimentary free-flow cocktails and ice cream are available until 9 PM.

Hotel location is located at a very strategic location between ueno station and akihabara station. Walking distance to many eateries and shopping malls. 

There are several convenient shops such as Lawson, 7/11 just 5mins walk away.

Love how they provide curated pillows (hard to soft options) for guest to choose and collect at the lobby at first come first serve basis. 

Room doesn’t required card to unlock, they provide a password slip to hotel guest. So u need to remember the password to unlock ur room which is quite unique. Checkout was super easy as u don’t need to return card, you can just leave directly. 

Room is exceptionally small, some constraints opening my 29 inch luggage but that’s fine. Room toliet uses a bathtub with shower option to save space, however the bathtub curtain has a strong stench of smell probably from bad ventilation.

Room only has one window which can be a little claustrophobic but I guess most of the room there are as such. 

Rooms cleaning takes place before 10am and the cut off is 10am, so u need to wake up earlier to inform the staff that u require cleaning which is quite early. Which means u also need to leave ur room in order for them to clean up.

Going up and down the hotel is abit slow as there is only 1 lift in the building, alternative is to use the stairs if you are rushing. 

There’s like a fast food restaurant that sells curry rice, udons etcs just a street in front of the hotel called Nakau, they are open 24 hrs where you can dine in or take away. Food there is really affordable and tasty!

The hotel is located:
1. Around 5 mins walk from Iwamotocho Subway Station (Exit A6) on the Toei Shinjuku Line.

2. Around 5 mins walk to Akihabara Subway Station (Exit 5) on the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line.

3. Less than 10 mins walk to JR Akihabara Station on the JR Yamanote Line.

Access to rooms and hotel’s main entrance (after midnight) is via a PIN code.

Love the public bath available from 3pm to 9am the next day and the complimentary alcoholic drinks available at its lounge from 6pm to 10pm.

One can also choose pillows (if available) if one’s preference. Coin-operated dryer and washer are available.

Buffet breakfast had a reasonable variety of both Western and local Japanese dishes. I start off my breakfast everyday with natto mixed well with Japanese rice.

The hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Akabane Station. It includes breakfast and provides everything you might need during your stay—from toothbrushes and face masks to access to an onsen.

The only minor downside is the 10am check-out time. As a traveler, I would’ve appreciated a bit more time to rest on the final day—an 11am check-out would have been much better la!

I recently stayed at Super Hotel Ueno-Okachimachi and had a wonderful experience. The hotel’s location is excellent, situated near both metro and JR train stations, with the JR station equipped with an elevator, making it very convenient for travelers with luggage. It’s also easily accessible from Narita Airport via the Keisei Skyliner. The hotel is within walking distance to Ueno Shopping Street (Ameyoko Market), and there are numerous restaurants and stores nearby, including Uniqlo, GU and Don Quijote. The value for the service and location is exceptional.

The room was spacious by Japanese standards, allowing me to open my luggage on the floor comfortably. The receptionists were friendly, welcoming, and polite, making me feel very welcomed. Breakfast was delicious, offering a Japanese-style buffet with some salad and cereals. While the variety was limited, the quality was very good. However, the dining area is quite small and can be crowded in the morning.

A standout feature is the free alcohol bar available from 6-8 pm, a rare offering among Tokyo hotels. The hotel provides a wide range of amenities, including the option to choose your pillow preference. I recommend you selecting your pillow in advance before the evening, as they may run out later. They also provide high-quality skincare products for women and pajamas, with additional amenities available at the lobby. The room was clean, featuring a smart TV and a comfortable bed.

Excellent hotel with included breakfast and sento. Great TV and desk space too. Small for a couple but that’s normal for Japan. No need for door keys or keycards just a simple code - and to check out, just walk out! No need to visit front desk. Highly recommend.

The hotel is very close to the subway station. Its main draw is the hot spring, which is open to both hotel guests and local residents. Consequently, during peak times, be prepared to wait for shower stalls and hair dryers. In the evenings, alcoholic beverages are served, and the clientele seemed to be mostly local tourists. Breakfast offered a decent variety, though the portions were on the smaller side, and on one occasion, they even ran out of eggs. Regrettably, no staff members spoke basic English, which made communication quite difficult.

Location: Excellent, within walking distance to many popular attractions, and public transport is easily accessible.
Room: Perfectly sized with enough space to fully open a suitcase. It was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and even included a bathtub.
Amenities: The second-floor lobby has a self-service beverage bar, and guests can freely choose toiletries, yukata robes, and various pillows – a truly thoughtful and guest-friendly touch. There's also a dedicated smoking room on the second floor for convenience.
Breakfast: The breakfast was absolutely delicious, offering a rich variety of options with exceptional taste.
Service: The service was impeccable, leaving me highly satisfied. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Osaka.

This is very cozy hotel, when I walked in hotel, it have aroma breeze which make me comfortable, it have a hot spring and let me relax my body for whole day tiredness.. walked out from hotel immediately is train station.  .

Location is excellent as its just 5mins from Dotonbori and 10mins from Namba station.

The hotel comes with a welcome drink bar from 5pm to 8pm which which there are softdrinks, coffee and alcohol which are all freeflow. 

The hotel also have a public bath which you can bath and relax yourself after a long day outside.

The hotel is clean and the staffs are all very nice and polite. They always carry a smile and greet everybody. I had a very pleasant experience during check in as the staff explained very clearly all the anmenities and services the hotel have.

It's a few mins walk to shin Osaka station. There are many places to eat in the train station building , and if you return late there is still the 24hr matsuya at the east exit.  There is one and breakfast so it's quite value for money for a simple stay.

The hotel is near the Higobashi Station of the Yotsubashi Subway. Exit 7 is the closest, and there is an elevator at Exit 8. Exit 7 is right next to the AEON supermarket, which is very convenient. It is only one stop to Nishi Umeda and five stops to Namba. The hotel has a restaurant area where you can drink soft drinks for free from 6 to 9 o'clock, and there are alcoholic drinks to mix your own cocktails. You can also eat take-out food, which is very user-friendly.
Although the room is not big, it is very clean, and the password door lock also saves the trouble of bringing a room card. You can only change the towels every day without cleaning the room, which is more environmentally friendly.
In addition, the buffet breakfast should also be praised. Although there are not many varieties, it is not repeated every day, and there are salads, hot dishes, rice, miso soup, bread, etc. It is already very good as a business hotel. The service is also very enthusiastic, and the food is replenished quickly😀👍

I couldn't confirm my reservation at the front desk, so I took a new room while watching the mobile reservation completion email. At that time, I heard two employees talking ”I don't know because it is not Rakuten”. I'm a little worried that I won't hear it.
I was also mistaken for a non-smoking room, and the next customer seemed to have a mistake in booking a parking lot, and the exchange was a little unpleasant conversation. In the evening, it was the first time in the hotel stay that there were many mistakes with the customer and the front desk by cleaning the room.

The room size is quite generous for Japan, and it's well-designed with two tables, which were very convenient for placing items or using as a dining table. It was the most thoughtfully designed room in terms of facilities on this trip! It's right next to the JR station with a direct connecting passage, which is incredibly convenient! Despite that, there was absolutely no noise in the room, and I slept very well. 👍

Booked this hotel through Trip  which was a godsend. The hotel that I booked through ******* was screwed up big time by ******* because the hotel didn't receive the reservation apparently. ******* was not helpful with the relocation (even thought there were availability at other hotels), claiming the hotel class are different from the one I booked. Anyways this hotel is convenient and clean, only thing that I disliked was the site mentioned double bed BUT only can accommodate 1 person!? Ended we have to pay additional ¥3k for the 3rd person (my youngest daughter) for 2 rooms. 1 room for myself and the other for both daughters because the manager was adamant about the 1 room per person, however after paying the additional ¥3k he was ok with 2 persons in a room. Didn't make sense unless I was explained it is some government regulations to allow only 1 double bed room for 1 person

Great location, just beside train station. 
the room is small but for the price and location paid, it worth the stay. 
type of amenities is just great, eye mask, face mask, different type of pillow etc etc etc. 
breakfast is great, however u need to wake up early to catch it. it end sharp at 830am for weekday. 
thanks them for allowing us to keep our luggage while we travel up to mt yoshino. 
overall, great experience with Super Hotel. 
p/s: u may find it difficult to locate them as they have no sign board clearly written super hotel, the landmark is the 7-11. the reception is at the second floor.
