Right in the centre of Gran Via. Next to Ray Ban and Zara store. Perfect base. 001 bus from Madrid train station stops in front of the hotel and the metro stop Gran Via Callelllo stop is in front of the hotel. 

The facilities are cleaned regularly. Each room has an A&C or fan. The WiFi is also very strong. A really good hotel with great facilities and affordable.

Excellent experience. Thank you very much 😌. Easy. Comfortable. Excellently located.

A Basic, Dated Hotel with a Touch of Nostalgia

This is a 2 to 2.5-star hotel — very dated, but clean. You get a good old-fashioned physical key instead of a card, and the gumolite flooring gives it a real 90s feel. It definitely feels stuck in time.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was included, though you have to cross the street to a different building to get it, which I found a bit odd — but the stunning views from the bar made up for it.

One downside was the smell in the corridors — not very pleasant. It also got quite loud at night, and I saw some local construction workers staying there, which changed the vibe a little. Overall, it was an okay stay, but I’m not sure I’d return for around €80 per night

Great, modern contemporary designed hotel with lots of little touches that add to customer delight. Very centrally located and close to both bus and metro options. Front desk staff Marta she's fantastic and sweet have not words and gave tips for internet conexion and pool service,the only thing the heating didn't work so I have to take my wet clothes at home.

We were there around 10pm. We were waiting outside of the apartment for more than 45 min. There is no one answere our call and trip.com also couldn't find their supplier. We been told that we didn't reply their email and send out our passport copies so we cannot have the apartment. I understood that would be your hotel policy but we were on our journey. we couldn't reply you in time. We booked 3 adults accommodation and the sofa bed did not prepared for us. My dad finally slept on the floor. I did send message to owner but no one came over.
My experience is trip.com gave customers bad response and this apartment is average.

This is a very comfortable and modern hotel. I recommend it. It is great.
The location is very good. You can take the airport bus No. 203 and walk to the hotel in eight minutes. There is a bus stop at the door and it is also close to the subway entrance. There are many restaurants and shopping malls, and it is very close to the main square. The booking on Ctrip is very reliable, just as described. I will stay there next time.

Very good location, right next to a metro station, big clean room, warm, beds and bathroom all very good. Kitchen has everything. Check in process went well with online check in and process to enter into the apartment was seem less. There are grossery stores nearby, and coffee shops. Boiler shut down during the middle of night for some reason which I reset in the morning and then it worked. Our experience overall was excellent !!!

Overall it was satisfactory, but except for the episode when I checked in. This hotel has no front desk, all by phone or WhatsApp. But I didn't say anything before I checked in. And I needed a password to enter the room, and I didn't receive it. Contacted the hotel customer service, uploaded the passport photo to receive 😅 In addition to this, the overall is very good, the location is very convenient, about 8 minutes to go out is the subway station, taxi can also be called

We extend one more night.  They gave another welcome drinks. Very friendly staff. However in the evening the other staff were bit rude. When we ask for the water they said you can drink water directly from the tap in madrid and there was another staff at the counter which says ” there is a store outside and you can buy”. That didnt sounds like good attitude, after paying 300 euros plus per night and for a 4 star the services and attitude of the staff could be better.

Horrible self check in process.  No communications from the hote what so ever.  Had to call them.  The posted front desk tel number is not the actual number.  When I finally found out the correct number after making multiple inquiries, the front desk was irresponsive.  WORST self check in experienc. By the way, the posted address of the front desk (at a different location) for people to do physical check inis also wrong.

They gave us a room that did not match the description on Trip. According to the girl at reception, Trip was to blame (we have never had any problems with Trip, everything has always been fine for us) and she also said that we could not be guided by the photos in the description that never matched, seriously!!!
Luckily it was only for one night because booking a room with a private bathroom and it doesn't have one: unforgivable. I can only say that it has a good location. I repeat this comment because it didn't come up before 🤔

Overall experience: ”This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The location is fantastic, right by a subway station, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and I had a wonderfully sound sleep. The service was also very thoughtful; the front desk processed my check-in quickly and even proactively introduced local attractions. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!”
