Hotel location was good. Upgraded for city view at the hotel instead of courtyard. Ferry to and from city was 24/7. Staffs were pleasant. B/fast was ok.

This is the best location to live in Amsterdam. It’s right by the Museum Quarter so you’re within a 3 minute walk to 4 separate museums. One of the entrances to Vondelpark is right across the street. And if you want to head to Centrum, it’s a very straightforward walk. There are plenty of food options and all sorts of cuisines to pick from. The tram stops are also very close. The rooms are spacious (by Amsterdam standards) and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Staff is friendly location is good.
But the room is very small, not soundproof as well. Also early check in like 11 am you have to go. Feel like a hostel not hotel.

Conveniently located in De Pijp and near modes of transportation. Very walkable to the Museumplein. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable, especially the pillows. The light controls are one of the best.

The only gripe we had was the cleanliness of the toilet (separated from the shower area). The way it was designed and built made cleaning very difficult. The stench of ”old pee” from past guests lingered during check-in, which room service was not able to get rid of after our feedback. But we did however manage to resolve it (so it did not smell anymore) with the water we boiled from the electric flask.

Otherwise a fantastic stay.

Hands down the location is absolutely amazing, on a quiet corner near the canals and the view is amazing. Not much noise from the streets yet the sound proofing of the old building is bad, you can easily hear the stairs, front door or other rooms. (Ear plugs were used to guarantee quiet sleep).

I stayed over the summer time and even though there is a fan to blow air, the room gets too hot and missing air conditioning (even a small mobile one) was a huge part of scoring it lower. Then also no mini bar to keep a drink or item cool, so overall the room stay is warm without cooling options.

Staff is friendly but could have offered to bring the big suitcase up. The building is historical so the stairs are super tight and hard to get a heavy suitcase up to. 

Again location, look and feel are amazing, compensating a lot for the shortcomings but please take my advise for mobile air conditioning or mini fridge.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel! It has a stylish and trendy design, truly something different from the classic hotels. Everything was well-maintained and perfectly in order.
The staff was exceptionally friendly, from the night guard and bartenders to the receptionists and breakfast staff – everyone was welcoming and helpful.
The breakfast was correct and sufficient, offering a good start to the day.
We also greatly appreciated the special attention for the birthday we were celebrating – a lovely gesture that made our stay even more memorable!
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a modern and atmospheric stay! 👌😊

I loved the interior design. Very stylish with personality and good smell in the lobby. Location super awesome in the centre close to all Asian restaurants and stores. The room was cosy with super nice bed and linen and cool design old-fashioned.
