Before going, I saw some strange negative reviews, so I didn't dare to have high expectations. Upon arrival, my feelings were: The doorman was proactive and enthusiastic with our luggage, the front desk thoughtfully asked if we had any special room requests (e.g., near the elevator, preferred orientation), and the breakfast was quite good, especially the delicious New Zealand brand ice cream. The most important thing is, it's just one crosswalk away from the subway station!!! There are also shared bikes at the subway exit. During the National Day holiday, we relied entirely on these yellow bikes to get to the Forbidden City, overtaking everyone, and also used them to explore the hutongs and go to Wangfujing. Because it's so close to the subway, we ultimately chose the reliable and traffic-jam-free Line 8 to get to the South Station. The only downside of the trip was that the room was a bit small, but for my family, who spend 12 hours a day sightseeing, a comfortable bed back at the hotel is enough, after all, it's not a resort hotel like those in Sanya where you just lounge around.

The overall stay experience was extremely satisfying, and the hotel impressed me in many aspects of its services and facilities:

Comfortable and Thoughtful Basic Experience: The hotel is clean and hygienic overall, with tidy and bright guest rooms. Its prime location offers convenient transportation access to surrounding areas, and the quiet and pleasant environment provides a solid foundation for a great stay.
Abundant and Delicious Dining Options: The breakfast on the first floor features a rich variety of items, catering to different taste preferences. The Chenshan Chinese Restaurant on the second floor offers a diverse range of dishes with excellent flavors, making the dining experience delightful.

Well-Equipped and Practical Facilities: The meeting rooms on the second floor are fully equipped, ideal for business needs. The tea lounge on the first floor is spacious and comfortable, providing a convenient space for relaxation or small gatherings.
April  Attentive Service Details: The front desk staff are warm and efficient, the concierge team proactively assists with luggage, and the lobby staff greet guests politely when they meet—all reflecting professional dedication. A special thanks to Manager April, whose butler-style service during the stay was meticulous and caring, significantly enhancing the overall experience.

In summary, both the hardware facilities and service quality are commendable, making this a very pleasant stay.

My wife and I stayed at Century Golden Resources Xiangshan Hotel for the second time. I felt that the hotel maintained the same high quality in all aspects. After getting off the bus, the receptionist immediately came forward to help with the suitcase and guided us to the front desk. The front desk attendant upgraded us to a view room facing Xiangshan. The room attendant helped us set up Wi-Fi and gave us bottled water. The whole process was smooth. The room was clean and the bedding was reassuring. The breakfast was rich and delicious. The hotel's hot spring swimming pool is very famous, but I can't enjoy it at my age. The small restaurant is just a stone's throw away from the hotel gate. The shopping street, Xiangshan Park, and Xiangshan Revolutionary Memorial Hall are all just a few steps away. Line S2 and Bus 563 are both starting and ending stations, which are very convenient to take. It is a good choice to stay here for two or three days after retirement.

Hygiene: Extremely satisfied. The room, bathroom, and bedding were spotless.
Bedding Comfort: The mattress was just right, not too soft or too hard, and there was a good selection of pillows, so I slept very well.
View and Lighting: High-floor city view with an expansive outlook and plenty of natural light during the day.
Bathroom: The wet and dry areas were well-separated. Water pressure was strong, and hot water came quickly. Oh, and the service was excellent; they even gave a small gift, which I really appreciated!

Honestly, when choosing a location, I spent a good deal of time weighing Jiefangbei against Guanyinqiao in Chongqing. Since my trip was more about culinary exploration and enjoying the city rather than just hitting famous landmarks, I eventually picked Guanyinqiao. Century Golden Resources is a reputable, well-established hotel that occupies its own dedicated building. This ensures that the only people on the premises are hotel guests, which I much prefer over hotels that occupy just a few floors in a building shared by many other businesses and a more diverse crowd. The location is excellent and easy to find. From the train station, you can take the subway to Guanyinqiao station, and you can spot the building right as you exit (the lobby is on the 33rd floor). The lobby manager and all the service staff were incredibly warm, thoughtful, and professional. Both check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. The mattress and pillows in the room offered just the right balance of softness and firmness, with superb support – lying on them felt like being cradled by clouds, perfectly melting away travel fatigue. The room was spotless and comfortable, with a pleasant temperature and no unpleasant odors. Plus, they offer free late-night snacks every evening at 10:30 PM. This will definitely be my go-to hotel for all future stays!

A big hotel, spacious and strategically located in the Hangzhou Bay business district. Rooms are clean and somewhat modern. Around are plenty of eateries (halal aplenty) and GR Mall is a short walk away. Do enjoy the morning breakfast; lots of food choices with capacious dining area.

Environment: Surrounded by greenery, fresh air
Facilities: The villa is fully equipped, including hot springs, mahjong TV, etc.
Sanitation: Each room has its own sanitary facilities, clean and tidy
Service: I felt the hospitality as soon as I arrived at the hotel. A large plate of fruit was sent. The electric car was available on call. The two drivers I met were a tall young man and a middle-aged master. They were very thoughtful. 👍The sister who manages the hot springs cleaned the pool carefully. The hot spring water is level one, but I was told that the water temperature can only be maintained for 2 hours. In fact, the water temperature is a bit high and the children can't stand it
Breakfast: Rich, the rice cakes are delicious and unique
