The location of the hotel is very city center, there is no parking space, breakfast is good, the view on the top floor is good, the view of the room does not see the sea, the facilities are complete, and the overall is good

Palacio Can Marqués was one of the best hotel experiences we have had anywhere. The hotel itself is located in a beautiful well restored palace in the heart of Palma walking distance to many things, yet quite peaceful and private. Our suite was full of character, from a fully stocked library to unique decorations. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend a stay here.

Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt im Herzen Krakaus!
Unser Aufenthalt im Puro Hotel Kazimierz in Krakau war absolut herausragend und hat unsere Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht übertroffen. Schon bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir von einer unglaublich freundlichen und aufmerksamen Dame an der Rezeption empfangen, die uns das Gefühl gab, vom ersten Moment an willkommen zu sein. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos und effizient, und wir bekamen sofort hilfreiche Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt in der Stadt.
Unser Zimmer war eine wahre Oase der Ruhe und des Komforts. Es war makellos sauber, geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit einem modernen Design, das perfekt zum historischen Charme Krakaus passte. Besonders hervorzuheben war das außerordentlich bequeme Bett, das uns nach langen Erkundungstagen in der Stadt eine wirklich erholsame Nacht bescherte. Lediglich die Kissen waren für unseren Geschmack etwas zu weich, jedoch konnten wir an der Rezeption härtere in zwei verschiedenen Größen verlangen – diese waren bereits fünf Minuten später bei uns im Zimmer. Auch die Annehmlichkeiten wie der Flachbildfernseher und das gut ausgestattete Badezimmer ließen keine Wünsche offen. Zusätzlich konnte man zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit Kaffee, Tee, Kakao und Wasser in der Hotel-Lobby holen. Natürlich gab es auch Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Die Ruhe im Zimmer, trotz der zentralen Lage, war bemerkenswert.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war jeden Morgen ein absolutes Highlight. Die Auswahl war beeindruckend vielfältig und frisch, von einer breiten Palette an Brotsorten und Gebäck über frisches Obst, Joghurt und Müsli bis hin zu warmen Speisen wie Rührei, Speck und Pancakes. Auch herzhafte kalte Speisen wie Wurst und Käse sowie die sehr leckeren belgischen Waffeln waren im Angebot. Zusätzlich waren lokale Spezialitäten vertreten, was wir sehr genossen haben. Der Service im Frühstücksbereich war ebenfalls tadellos; Tische wurden schnell abgeräumt und Nachschub war stets vorhanden.
Die Lage des Hotels ist einfach unschlagbar. Wir konnten die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten Krakaus, wie den Hauptmarkt, die Marienkirche und das Wawel-Schloss, bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Auch das charmante jüdische Viertel Kazimierz war nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt. Die Nähe zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln war ein weiterer Pluspunkt, auch wenn wir sie kaum benötigten.
Das gesamte Personal, von der Rezeption über den Service im Restaurant bis zum Reinigungspersonal, verdient höchstes Lob. Sie waren durchweg hilfsbereit, professionell und immer mit einem Lächeln zur Stelle. Jeder Wunsch wurde umgehend erfüllt, und man merkte, dass hier großer Wert auf das Wohl der Gäste gelegt wird.
Auch der Zimmer-Service ist lobenswert. Das Essen war grandios und schnell zubereitet; vor allem der Burger war sehr lecker.
Insgesamt hat das Puro Hotel Kazimierz unseren Krakau-Aufenthalt zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis gemacht. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können dieses Hotel jedem Reisenden, der eine Kombination aus Komfort, exzellentem Service und perfekter Lage schätzt, wärmstens empfehlen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

The hotel is right opposite to the Krakow Main Station and a big shopping mall, and is around 10 minutes from the gate of the Old Town. The hotel has a cool lobby too. The staff was friendly and polite. The room was slightly too small but it got a very decent and cool decoration and could be controlled with a tablet (including the TV). The bed was comfortable. Yet, the lack of a gym/pool might be an issue to those who want to exercise. Overall, this is a hotel of very decent quality and professional staff!

The hotel is clean, but the actual walking distance to the central station is about 1 km, and it is not very convenient to bring a large suitcase.
