The Peninsula Hotel, living up to its impeccable reputation. From the warm reception and throughout our stay, the comprehensive service—including a detailed introduction to our room's facilities—truly exemplified the Peninsula standard. With fewer Chinese guests during our visit, the atmosphere was wonderfully serene. The hotel offers various activities; we chose to participate in the alms-giving ceremony. Unfortunately, morning yoga was fully booked. A French lady at the front desk, whose name started with 'F', was exceptionally welcoming. She personally escorted us to our balcony room and provided a very warm, thoughtful, and professional overview of its amenities. In the evening, turn-down service was provided, complete with the customary 20 Thai Baht tip left under the pillow. The Peninsula's world-renowned service truly is consistent across all its properties and, as always, did not disappoint.

Stepping into The Peninsula Hotel, one is immediately enveloped by its understated luxury and classic ambiance. From the meticulous service of the doormen in their iconic white uniforms, every moment feels like stepping into an elegant bygone era. The rooms are spacious and bright, with a design that seamlessly blends classic British aesthetics with modern technology. The walk-in wardrobe and smart control panel are particularly thoughtful touches. The marble bathrooms are simply exquisite, providing a truly immersive experience.

At the heart of the hotel is its impeccable service. The staff are not only professional and efficient but also possess an uncanny ability to anticipate your needs. Their discreet yet profoundly thoughtful service is truly unforgettable. Whether it's enjoying an authentic English afternoon tea at the renowned Lobby, soaking in the old-world charm accompanied by elegant string music, or indulging in a refined gastronomic experience at one of its Michelin-starred restaurants, both the palate and senses are exquisitely satisfied.

Classical hotel with modern facilities. We stayed in the Deluxe twin room, walk-in wardrobe with dressing table, bathroom with separate toilet, shower and bathtub, and two basins, bedroom with lounge, dining table and desk. There are both 110/240 volt power supply everywhere in the room, which is really convenient if you need to use equipment using 240 volt power supply. The room is huge, a total of 54 square meters!

Services were excellent, I called the hotel to let them know that we will be arriving around 7am due to the flight schedule, when we arrived at 6am, surprisingly, our room was ready to check in! 

Restaurants were superb and the strawberry afternoon tea in the lobby was excellent. Hotel also has a full size gym, a huge swimming pool and a big spa as well.
