Basic hotel. Only towels and shower gel are provided - inconveniencing travelers. 
Although breakfast is provided, you have to walk a distance away to have it at another hotel - this should be stated in the booking information page.

While the hotel boasts a central and convenient location, I would advise against exploring the city at night, particularly if you are a female traveler, due to the presence of a high number of individuals struggling with addiction in the neighborhood.

До отеля нужно доезжать сначала на электричке, потом на автобусе. В целом неплохой отель. Средний завтрак, в комнате чисто. Не совсем понятно было, почему душ в комнате, а туалет на этаже. Причем это был индивидуальный туалет с ключом только на мою комнату. Никогда такого не встречал.

Well situated for public transport. Reception was not very welcoming or helpful. Parking available at bus station €10 for 13hrs (09.00-2200) over night free.
Some rooms still need refurbishment.  Continental breakfast very good and plentiful.

Amazing hotel experience! Especially price wise however I was just lucky because It was 33 € with breakfast!! Unbelievable price!! Maybe special offers or it was a quiet day, something like that!?

Great hotel to stay in and the front desk staff’s are extremely helpful and courteous.  The hotel location is excellent. You be able to get more than 3 groceries stores, delicious bakeries with great selection plus eateries around the area. The Novum Hotel Bruy is accessible to varies subway stations.  You may want to prepare for more coins in order to purchase the train ticket, cos some ticket machine is unavailable to accept note.  Continued my stay from 19 to 21 May 2025. the room is clean, the owner is gentle and responsive. The only problem is there is no sound proof at all - considering this is a general flat problem, we can still bear with many random noises coming from outside or inside the building. But there are two permanent residents who share the flat with us cooking and talking to each other from 23pm to 1am, just outside our room. we felt weird to tell them to keep quiet as we are the 'temporary guest'. there must be some rules to be set up if the owner wants to mix long-term and short-term stays.

I was a little worried about this hotel after reading the reviews at first, but I put up with it because it's relatively cheap for a single room. The location is OK, one bus stop to the cathedral, and it's easier to find on the roadside. Of course, it's a bit noisy when sleeping near the roadside, and the soundproofing is average (you can hear noises in the corridor). The bed is still a little unclean, the mattress is very soft, and the service of the front desk girl is good when I check in. There is no water boiler in the room, so you have to buy mineral water to drink. The hotel breakfast is also OK, buffet style, relatively rich, and I think it's worth the price
