This stay was absolutely fantastic, and I have to give a special shout-out to the lobby manager! Our group was struggling to get a reservation at a popular local restaurant, and when the manager found out, they proactively offered to help. They patiently asked about our dietary preferences and timing needs, then persevered through multiple attempts to get through to the restaurant on the phone, eventually securing us our desired table. Throughout the whole process, their attitude was incredibly gentle, their communication was clear and organized, and they resolved the issue with impressive efficiency. We truly felt a high level of sincerity and professional service. This small incident significantly boosted our impression of the hotel. We'll definitely choose to stay here again next time and will recommend it to our friends!

This time my relatives came to Chengdu to play, and they booked this hotel because it was close to home. The environment is very good, and the room was upgraded to a first-line river view room for free. The floor is high and the view is good. The lobby is very lively, and both adults and children like to play the ring toss. There was a little panda who was clamoring for a photo, which was very cute. The drinks next to the front desk were also very delicate and tasted good. The overall service of the hotel is very good. Manager Huang Fei also sent me photos to freeze the happy time. Manager Huang is very enthusiastic and super nice, and considerate. I will choose this hotel again when my relatives come in the future.

I brought my family here to play. There is a special children's playground, and the children had a lot of fun. The hotel is very large, the park is very beautiful, and the air is very fresh. The hotel has an independent forest trail. It is really worth a visit. I was tired. The park can take a bus to the room and the lobby at any time. It is very convenient. The room is clean and hygienic, the front desk service is very enthusiastic, and the shuttle bus brother is very enthusiastic. He also helped us with the luggage when getting on and off the bus. In short, this stay was very pleasant.

Excellent hotel. The rooms and public areas are impeccable. It is felt that great attention to detail is paid here: fresh linen, daily cleaning. Even the busiest corners of the hotel, for example, in the restaurant or by the pool, are tidy. We were greeted warmly, helped with luggage and quickly checked in. The reception staff are always ready to suggest a route, order a taxi. The SPA includes a hamam, sauna, pool, and many procedures to relax. The pool is open until 23:00, spa procedures are by prior reservation, the gym is open 24/7. The hotel is located on the embankment of the rowing canal, the city center is 20 minutes by taxi.

The hotel is very big, and the front desk is very enthusiastic when checking in, especially Chen at the front desk. The breakfast information after check-in is very clear, such as what time to check out, whether breakfast is included, and the time and place of breakfast. It is very Be patient. Although there are many people, the service has not been reduced. There is no need to call the front desk during peak hours. The room is very spacious. It is really rare to not have this kind of service and dream in a tourist attraction like this.
