The location was perfect. There are supermarkets and shopping mall nearby, just 3 minutes driving or 15 minutes walking . The staff in the front desk don’t show any enthusiasm, they are cold . The facilities are fantastic.

It looks like a big hotel, but the service is really not up to par. The room service came the next day, but I didn't get up, so they took an hour to come, and then they never showed up again. They recommended two things to me during my stay, the first one was when I checked in, and the second one was a phone call directly to the room one morning. Not a good experience.

The trip was excellent, spacious room & hall. Clean and tidy. We enjoyed the stay even though it was only 1 night.

The room is very big, the service is very good, and the location is very close to several playgrounds! The room has an open kitchen, living room, very large bedroom and bathroom, and the kitchen is fully equipped with kitchenware. The hotel also has many activities, various sports venues, swimming pools, and water parks. It is very comfortable.

The room is arranged on the second floor during the rainy season. It is clean and comfortable. The room is spacious. The kitchen utensils are great. The laundry room is also great. The price is too high. The shuttle is to the activity center. It is on call. There are large water entertainment projects inside. Unfortunately, the children did not play the slide because of the rain.

A hotel where I lived very happily. Outside the villa is a golf course and the scenery is beautiful. The only drawback is that the building next door is being renovated, so it feels a bit dirty! But the price/performance ratio and service are good

Wonderful place to stay! The most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Pillows like clouds. We stayed in the off season and the service and food was just a great as it would be in the summertime. Cocktails were very good. All the pools were heated and they even had entertainment and activities in November! I would recommend this place to anyone that wants to enjoy a little pampering and relaxation ☺️

The staff were very friendly and nice. The hotel restaurant was nice. The room was very cozy.

The room is ok. The front desk attitude is average. Hygiene is really not flattering. Hair everywhere residue on towels and sheets. The most terrible thing is that the sound insulation of the room is extremely poor. The foreigner next door yelled loudly at night, and the daughter said, ”Is the next door giving birth to a baby?...”🤪

The villa in the desert, right on the golf course, is perfect for vacation.
It's just that the room booked by Ctrip is inconsistent with the picture. It doesn't face the stadium and the view is very poor, which is disappointing.

Less than half an hour's drive from the desert Ole, there are very few people in the country. The hotel is all three-story, surrounded by golf courses. No car is not recommended. It’s too far to go to Ola in Palm Springs. Almost all of the hotel’s guests are old Americans who are going to play golf. The hotel was unsuccessful and it was withdrawn after a night. There is an open air swimming pool and a constant temperature.

The hotel is relatively old, but the maintenance is OK. The service is average.

Facilities: Very complete, especially the kitchen, which has everything. People who love to cook are blessed.

Environment: The bedroom window is next to the corridor, which is relatively poor. There is a golf course outside the balcony, which is very beautiful.

Service: No one answered the front desk call for a long time. But the attitude of the front desk and the shuttle bus driver was very good.
