The hotel is nicely decorated and the room is cozy. There is not much view from the window but you can check out the weather and dress warmly or lightly before going out. i like that there are four pillows. the staff are friendly and helpful. the weather was pretty cold one night and the heater was not turned on, it was promptly resolved. the sink was leaking causing water to accumulate on the floor, it was also promptly dealt with. the hotel also have staff to do your laundry, this is very convenient. you will just need to do light laundry for underwear and socks. the hotel is conveniently located near to popular attractions and well connected by public transport.

I was entangled for a long time when I chose the hotel. Finally, I chose this one after looking at the rating. I didn't choose the wrong one! Although the location is not very easy to find, the front desk clerk is very patient to guide us how to go. There is a parking space at the entrance of the hotel and it is very convenient to drive. The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities, hair dryers and electronic mosquito coils, so you don't need to bring your own. The bathroom has enough hot water, the water temperature is stable, the bath is very comfortable, and the front desk service is particularly intimate.

Comfortable environment: The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and you can see the beautiful city when you open the window. The most favorite thing is the starry sky ceiling. I booked it just for this. It is really beautiful and has a great atmosphere.

I stayed in a very nice hotel during my 10-day trip. The service was excellent. There were snacks at the front desk, and the lady at the front desk would offer water and popcorn to children as they waited to check in. The hotel was also very clean and had free laundry service, which washed clothes quickly and cleanly. The hotel is also not far from May Day Square and the pedestrian street, both of which are full of delicious food and fun things to do. I was very satisfied.

I think the experience is super good, the customer service is also very fast to solve the problem, and I feel very safe!! I booked for two days, and got up late on the second day. Small hotel with a good location. I prefer outside of Walking Street for easy traveling.. surroundings are all the shopping area.. the room is clean and with nice sound proof windows.. not sure the door though..

The reason is that there is a round table in the room, but the height of the chair does not match the height of the table. The last thing I want to say is that this hotel is one of the best in terms of service among the few hotels I have stayed in during this business trip. After check-in, tea is poured and laundry service is provided for free. Who would refuse to socialize at night? A free bowl of hangover porridge.

Going to Changsha, I want to try Yueyang cuisine on the way. I specially set this hotel for the handmade rice noodles in front of the house. The facilities are very new, the whole house is smart, and the room at the beginning has a smell. After we proposed it, the hotel immediately arranged to change the room. The service attitude is good. By the way, the handmade rice noodles in front of the house are generally. But the dry noodles are good! The net network is delicious 😋

The lady at the hotel was very enthusiastic and provided hand cream and iced tea at the front desk. She was very considerate. Except that the faucet button in the hotel bathroom was broken, there was no other bad feedback. I hope it will continue. Parking is also free, but there is no need for an elevator. Go out from downstairs.
