Hotel provides amenities. There is gym, lounge area to have your meals or just chill around. Smoking area at the lobby. Hotel is oppositie Parco. Room is very small. Having a toddler is hard in the room. But it's very clean. It's slightly up slope from the metro station.

Friendly staff. Reached the hotel when it's raining and managed to borrow an umbrella, from the hotel, to pick my friend up from the nearby train station exit. Hotel's check-in is on the 2nd level and you'll need a card key to activate the lift's button to access your room. Totally feeling safe while living there. 
Hotel is clean and amenities are provided. It is conveniently located to almost all of the places I wanted to go for my first time trip to Japan. 

Some suggestions:
A system for guests to use the washing machine. I have to go down a few times to check if the washing machine is being used up or not before getting to do my laundry.

I had a reservation mix up with a hotel I had originally booked to stay in, and so I hurriedly found Lyf with an empty room and booked it on my day of arrival at the hotel
(with no prior research)

many shopping centers and restaurants are 10-15min walking distance

✅ Clean room, basic amenities provided

✅ If you aren’t a member of IHG and sign up on your arrival, you will receive a welcome drink coupon & 1 hr late checkout

✅ Coin washing & drying machine

✅ Lends umbrellas when rainy

✅ Luggage to airport service starting 500yen for afternoon flights available

🚨Extremely extremely tiny room (two people can’t stand shoulder to shoulder & barely any space to move around)
*booked double bed, 2 people

🚨Room is so small that if you take a hot shower, the whole room will become humid and stuffy

🚨Room isn’t cleaned unless requested
+ YOU need to go down to the lobby to pick up extra towels & amenities

🚨Thin walls

🚨Shared common area can’t be considered sanitary.

Well located hotel with uncomfortably tiny, but clean room. Is it worth the price? 🤷🏻♀️

The stay was pleasant. The location is very convenient, only a short 5-minute walk to BTS Nana station, and there are plenty of restaurants, pubs, and 7-11 stores nearby. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is relatively small and not ideal if you plan to work inside for long hours, though the lobby has a large table where you can comfortably use your laptop.
