We were a little disappointed that when we got back to our room on the second night it hadn't been serviced. We didn't realize we had to request the service and the door card was found at the bottom of the wardrobe.
On the 3rd night no biscuits or chocolates were left as promised. Finally the mini bar provided wasn't chilled. Had it have been we may have been tempted. We reported this to the desk and were told it wasn't meant to be cold. Strange.

The hotel is nice, however at first I was offered a room on the 6th floor, as soon as I walked in I could hear the music from the bar above. Staff changed my room quickly with not much convincing needed which also makes me think that they know about the issue. 

The hotel overall is 4 stars but it’s in need of some reparations as the walls are very old and the wallpaper is coming off.

Otherwise it was a good stay but price wise not really worth it. 

Ah also they have the most infuriating fridge who does not unlock unless you give your card because it’s full of mini bar stuff, I did leave a deposit but then the next morning the mini bar was locked again, super annoying, called the reception for 10 mins and no one picked up.

I have stayed here for a relaxed day. booked one of he cheapest rooms and had a great experience. The location is absolutely amazing. The room size was nice and everything was in good condition. The bed was very comfortable. The toilet and bathtub very clean. The staff was all very nice and helpful. Some of the highlights are obviously the pool, the jaccuzzi, sauna and steam room. Another great surprise it was that the coffees and teas in the room were complementary and that's something amazing for London, when they charge for everything. On top of it all, the price was very low, compared with a lot of other places in London that offer way less. I absolutely recommend you staying here.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Leonardo Royal Hotel Birmingham! From the moment we walked in, the staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was spotless, modern, and super comfy – perfect for a relaxing break. The location is ideal too, right in the heart of the city with everything just a short walk away. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. Can’t fault a thing – we’ll definitely be coming back. A fab hotel all round! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This hotel is quite similar to a modern, no-frills budget hotel you'd find in China – clean, hygienic, and with adequately sized rooms. For Oxford, it offers pretty good value for money. However, manage your expectations; it's a clean, functional hotel that simply gets the job done, nothing fancy, nothing terrible.

**Facilities:** Generally good. The internet speed was fast, and the facilities felt new with no strange odors. *However, the bathroom and shower were very small and cramped to use, which was a significant downside.*

**Cleanliness:** The hotel was spotlessly clean, free of any strange or smoky smells.

**Location/Environment:** It's about a 10-minute taxi ride from Oxford University (costing around 10 Euros). The surroundings are very quiet and peaceful, with nice greenery. It's also conveniently located for transport.

**Service:** The staff were very friendly. However, upon my check-in, the hotel was fully booked, and I had to wait at the front desk for 30 minutes to complete the check-in process. This was a bit frustrating, but I could understand the situation.
