Very helpful staff, amenities, bathrobes, slippers, umbrellas (!), great bathrooms. I took 2 rooms, its was spacious and clean. Everyday cleaning, room service.  Felt here comfortable and as welcome guest.  

The location is excellent, very close to the MTR station. Honestly, I don't understand why the hotel doesn't provide water, but it seems to be common in Hong Kong. Carrying six bottles of water from downstairs was quite heavy! However, the environment here is very good. In the past, I always felt the accommodations in Hong Kong were terrible, but this one feels much better~

The room's decor is very comfortable, and it's spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The high-floor views are excellent, offering a stunning panoramic vista of Shenzhen's night lights. Downstairs, there's a coffee shop with both indoor and outdoor seating areas, perfect for relaxing or catching up with friends. The hotel is conveniently located right next to a subway station, making getting around incredibly easy. Overall, my stay was excellent, and I would definitely come back again.

The suite was incredible – I even forgot to snap any photos! The hotel itself was impeccably clean, and it was super comfortable for the four of us, featuring two large bedrooms and a spacious living room. Highly recommended! The nearby Panlong Tiandi area was fantastic to explore; a single day simply wasn't enough. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I bring my mom next time.
