Staff very helpful. Convenient location for airport. Enjoyed morning breakfast. Staff was friendly and many spoke English. It was just a basic overnight hotel so I could fly out the next morning. Free shuttle is only during morning hours.  Train station is only one stop over to terminals. Nice and clean room.

Stayed here for a night at the last minute due to concerns about a potential flight delay. I couldn't find the hotel shuttle, and getting there by subway involved crossing a bridge and a bit of a walk. They have self-service check-in/check-out kiosks with a Chinese language option. The hotel is in a quiet residential area, and the room was much larger than I expected. Breakfast offered both Western and Japanese options; everything was delicious, though the miso soup wasn't quite to my taste. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming!

Fantastic location at a good price. You may choose to use the breakfast voucher at one of three great restaurants, one and the same building and two near the hotel. Self check-in at the machine at the lobby was very easy without the need for any human interaction. My room was on the 12th floor but faced the main street so it was quite noisy. Sirens of emergency vehicles were very audible, quite frequent (almost every night of the three nights I stayed there) and at all times of the night. Nevertheless, enjoyed my stay and would stay again if I were not assigned again a room that’s not facing the main road.

The hotel is perfectly situated right by Daimon Station on the Toei Oedo Line, with Roppongi just a short distance away. Despite its central location, it's remarkably quiet at night. Transportation is incredibly convenient; you can reach it from Haneda Airport in just 30 minutes via the Keikyu Line. Key attractions like Shiba Park, Tokyo Tower, and Zojoji Temple are all within easy reach. Furthermore, having numerous convenience stores located right downstairs is a huge plus.

The location is very convenient, just about a 5-minute walk from Keikyu Kamata Station.
Even though I only stayed for one night, the room was surprisingly spacious and comfortable, exceeding my expectations.
While the room only had a shower (no bathtub), the hotel offers a large communal bath, which was great for unwinding after a long day.
Breakfast was à la carte, offering two options to choose from. The portion size was just right for the morning, and it was quite delicious.

Perfect location near Haneda, though it is a little farther from Shinagawa station than I would have liked

The amenities were fantastic- they had a free coffee machine in the lobby that operates 24/7 as well as a selection of different tea brands, as well as free razors, shaving cream and other essentials for travel.

The only possible complaint is that the bed was not soft

There are many restaurants near the hotel, and there are also options for extra pillows, but the number is limited. JR Kamata and Keikyu Kamata both have supermarkets. If I have the chance to go to Tokyo again, I will consider staying here.

This hotel is less than 20 km from Haneda airport and can be easily reached by metro.Very convenient location near Tokyo station.

I only needed one day in Tokyo and then connected on the train, left the luggage in the hotel.

The rooms have a comfortable bed, not very large but that is to be expected in Tokyo. The price was very reasonable and the room was clean and had everything I needed. 

There are shops and restaurants nearby, I would certainly consider staying again

Let me start with the conclusion. Overall, I am very satisfied! The hotel is very new, clean and tidy. The king-size room we chose has a separate bathroom and toilet, which is separated into three parts. The overall area is not large, but it is enough and very comfortable. The hotel is a little far from Yokohama Station. After getting out of the subway, you have to go up a flyover. When you get off the flyover from SOGO, there is no elevator. There is only a slope of about 30 degrees to pull the suitcase, which is a bit strenuous. It is recommended that if you have heavy suitcases, you can take one more stop on the Minato Mirai Line at the entrance of the hotel, and there will be elevators throughout the journey; the hotel has a high floor, good scenery, and a large bath. There is a 7-11 downstairs, and it is in the same building as Yamaha. It is located in the center of the commercial district. The street is very fashionable, a bit like a high-end version of Maetan. It is very convenient for shopping, eating, and walking. I stayed for 3 nights and was reluctant to leave. I will choose it again next time.
