The room I booked with Ctrip included breakfast, but when I got there for breakfast, they said there was no breakfast. I contacted Ctrip, but they couldn't help me... They asked me to pay first and then refunded the money to Ctrip's wallet, which was 25 euros, and the hotel charged the same. But when I looked back at the Ctrip booking, the price was more than 25 euros, including or not including breakfast... This is hard to explain... It was a bad experience... When I checked out, they said they couldn't issue the bill for the time being and the account was unclear. I will use Ctrip less when traveling abroad in the future...

The location of the hotel is very good and can be reached by public transportation. Hyatt management, standardized management! There is a supermarket next to the hotel, which is very rich. There is also a German pub, German pork knuckle, sausage, beer are all good, and the price is reasonable!

I am very satisfied with the hotel location and food. There is a supermarket outside the door for buying German souvenirs. The only thing that bothered me was that the waiter asked me to pay for the room during checkout, because my order was confirmed online earlier, and the hotel later verified that no payment was required. Please let the platform know and follow up!

Excellent location, and friendly staff. Good time and convenient for my business trip. We hope to stay at this hotel again for our next business trip. Recommend.
The room is clean and good.

This is a very solid hotel, especially for a first-time visit to New York. The location was superb, being within walking distance of Central Park and offering very easy access to everywhere via the subway. The hotel itself is on the smaller side, but the room was larger in terms of square footage than other options in the same price range. My only minor complaint was a lack of space to properly store my luggage or all my clothes.

At the corner of Canal and Bowery, the hotel is well-located on the edge of Chinatown, close to the Manhattan Bridge, and many eateries and coffee shops. My room had an unblocked view of Midtown and the Empire State building in the distance. There is a rooftop bar which offers panaromic views. My double-bed room was spacious, as was the bathroom. The mattress though was too soft and sinking. There is a working space on the second floor, with lots of natural light, games, sofas, and free flow of coffee and tea until 4 pm, which provides a space for guests to chill and hangout without having to splurge on such things outside. The front desk staff and concierge are always around and very helpful, whether it is to offer to store my luggage until my late flight out, or to call a cab. The hotel provides a coffee-maker, tea kettle, dental kit, room slippers, etc, on request, which is actually a practical move towards sustainability and less wastage.

The location is excellent, very close to the subway station, the room and front desk service are also good, but the noise of the air conditioner is a bit loud!

The hotel is a real 4 star hotel, the rooms are big and well equipped, the staff are professional and welcoming, the breakfast is tasty and has a great variety, the location is superb, really a great experience, we will come back to this hotel.

An ordinary economy hotel. I stayed here for one night. The location is excellent. It is very close to Cologne Cathedral. The underground parking lot is relatively large. The elevator can directly reach the hotel and the guest room. The room facilities are very ordinary. There is no bottled water. The bathroom door is difficult to close. The glass window is only more than 1 meter high above, and there is more than 1 meter below the wall, which makes the room very depressing.
When I checked in, I thought this hotel was so ordinary and I thought there must be few breakfast options. The next day, I went to the restaurant in the E building and got an unexpected reward. The breakfast was not bad. The croissants were very crispy, and there were ginger and lemons that I could cut myself to make ginger tea or lemon tea.
