We stayed from 23.12.24 to 06.01.25. Our first observation is with the maintenance/cleaning of the air conditioning pipes in the rooms. Through the gap, we were able to photograph the enormous layer of dust covering the pipes, a real sight. Also regarding Mrs. Keila, from the restaurant, an impolite person, she treated me rudely when I went down to the café with a slice of pizza that I had ordered the day before. He explained that it was a rule to avoid cross contamination. The reason is, indeed, fair, but no rudeness was necessary. I even thought she was going to throw me out of the room... And on another occasion, our six-year-old daughter had her legs folded up on the sofa in the café and, once again, she rudely told us that it was forbidden. Likewise, the message could have been delivered more politely. Zero points for her. On the other hand, Mrs. Sayuri, also from the restaurant, is a kind, polite person, and deserves a ten out of ten. Another fact that surprised us was to learn that the hotel does not have anyone to help carry your bags when you arrive or bring them from the apartment when you leave. I am elderly, my wife is 50 years old and we have a 6 year old daughter, and the hotel, due to its size and movement, should have this service. In any case, they did help us on both occasions, but they explained that this service is not available. The breakfast does not match the standard of the hotel, we found it weak, especially the bread, which turns into toast and no longer seems fresh, from the day. Papaya turns into jelly and there are only two types of jelly (papaya and guava), two types of cheese (white and mozzarella), salami, ham and turkey breast. The apartment, the cleanliness, the location are very good, but we were left without a bar of soap for bathing, and there is no liquid soap in the shower, only 2 in 1 shampoo and there are 2 types of towels: thin or thick. We had to ask to receive a thick towel.

The location is very good. There are Korean restaurants, Chinese restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Very convenient

My preferred hotel in Sao Paulo, perfect location, cozy chic atmosphere and spacious rooms. The breakfast is great and the staff welcoming. For people who are very sensitive to noise (which is not my case) room 708 and therefore all those in 8 are not ideal because there is a giant ventilation at the foot of the building and it does not bad noise night and day and the insulation of the windows is not perfect. In other rooms the problem does not occur at all.
Third time in any case that I've been to the hotel and I'm very happy, I don't plan to go anywhere else in Sao Paulo.

The room is more spacious, the transportation is convenient, the breakfast is more abundant, and there are more Chinese food nearby. It is a very good experience. It is recommended. I will choose this next time.

The hotel here is not cost-effective for breakfast. It is the same every day. We Asians can only eat eggs and milk. Others are not used to eating. There are many restaurants nearby, but the restaurant is not open every day, although Google Maps says it is open every day. ￼ It is very close to the location of the exhibition hall, and then the room hygiene and the hotel staff service attitude can also be at the front desk, not everyone can speak English one or two will speak better English.

I only stayed one night to meet work demands. I had a full day conference in the hotel auditorium and it was very practical to work and stay in the same place. Thank you very much!

Facilities: The facilities are quite complete, my room has disposable utensils, a large toothpaste, but there is no friend's room, you should ask the front desk. This is the only hotel with disposable items in Brazil for more than a week.

Service: The restaurant on the top floor of the hotel is very good, the service is very good, the juice is freshly squeezed, the recommended papaya orange juice is very good. I ordered a cup of strawberry orange juice and made a cup again, which was great. The water in the room is four reais a bottle, except for China, the water in other countries is so expensive.

The hotel has a good location, the room is large, there is a kitchen, the roof is good, the parking is safe, the breakfast is a bit monotonous, there is a gym pool. Overall it is very good.

First of all, the location of the hotel is very good. It's less than 10 minutes by taxi from Porto Alegri Airport and the interior facilities of the hotel are clean. The price is reasonable, the reception staff are very good at English communication and friendly. Dinner was also available in a buffet style with 62 reals, so it was convenient.I am sure I am willing to visit again.

The hotel is very clean, the surrounding environment is good, very quiet. The restaurant coffee machine provides hot water 24 hours a day. This is very good. I borrowed the tableware to soak instant noodles at noon on the day I left. It was very cool.

The greatest problem is the room's cleaning, they forget to put their towels and toilet paper, and as soon as we entered the room there was no toilet paper. We stayed 5 nights and had 1 day that they didn't clean the room. They missed caprich in the beds' dressing and they didn't wash and exchange the glasses any day. They left the way we used.
A positive point is the water filter available at the reception to fill our bottle because pay 10,00 per bottle of water is too much.
