The hotel is located very central and near the West Lake in Hangzhou. The staff is very friendly and will help you solve your problems immediately!👍🏼
The only thing that may be bothersom for a longer stay, is that rooms and the overall hallways aren't very new and look a bit used. For example the carpet being dirty, the sink being a bit damaged and the shower cabin not closing while showering. 
The cleaning was a bit unstructered, maybe the worker was too busy but our rooms one day were only cleaned in the evening, after we already got back. 
The cleaning could be better, our toilet had stains on it, the day we came and the day we left...a bit gross..
If you do not need to stay for a long time the hotel is good and cheap, not highest standard but ok.

A very perfect experience. The lady at the front desk is very beautiful and can solve any problems in a very gentle way. The people are very nice, and their personalities are also very good. It is a super, super good experience. Then, next time I come to Hangzhou, I will stay here again~ Some friends who come to Hangzhou for tourism can come to our hotel, which is very convenient. It is also in the city center. The environment is also very good, very quiet, not noisy, and the most important thing is that the lady is beautiful and gentle, and her attitude is very good

The family room suite is large in size and can accommodate 4 people.
There is even a cloakroom.
The air conditioning is very powerful, and the 2 rooms are very cool.
The spit point is in the bathroom, the bathroom area is large, the shower room is very small, just enough to turn around. The gap in the shower room is too large, resulting in the shower water sprinkler, all spilled outside.
I thought that after one night, the water flowing outside could flow through the sewer pipe. Who knows that when I wake up in the morning, the slippers are still floating on the water, speechless 😑

Facilities: From entering the door to checking out, I feel at home throughout the whole process! The room design is exquisite, the bedding is soft like a cloud, and the bathroom is very intimate. The front desk lady enthusiastically helped recommend the local specialty restaurant, and she didn't step on the thunder at all! Highly recommended to friends~”

Service is super intimate: from the smile greeting at the front desk when checking in, to the initiative to help with luggage, introduce the surrounding strategies, the staff is patient and enthusiastic throughout the whole process, even the details are taken care of properly, as warm as going home~
Hygienic super clean: the room is refreshing as soon as you enter the door, the bed, the tabletop are spotless, the towels and bathtub can be seen to have been disinfected with care, and the living is particularly safe!
In general, you can feel the intention of the hotel. I will stay here next time and recommend it to everyone! 🌟
