My stay at the HUALUXE Hotels and Resorts Shanghai Changfeng Park truly exceeded my expectations. A special shout-out to Ivy Zhang!

Her service was incredibly attentive, from the warm welcome during my check-in to the thoughtful suite upgrade, making us feel incredibly welcome. Ivy Zhang was not only professional but also exceptionally friendly. She helped us smoothly complete all procedures and thoughtfully introduced the hotel's facilities and nearby attractions. Her dedication ensured our entire stay was much smoother and more enjoyable.

The hotel itself was also fantastic. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the suite, in particular, was stylishly designed, perfectly meeting all our needs. The bed was plush, and the view from the window was lovely. The hotel's breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options.

Many thanks to her and all the hotel staff for providing such a memorable stay. If I have the chance to visit Shanghai again, I would definitely choose to stay here. Highly recommend it!

The hotel's biggest selling point is its location; it's right outside Exit 3 of Hengshan Road Station on Metro Line 1. However, the hotel is quite dated and not well-maintained.

I was initially assigned a room on the second floor. Upon entering, there was a strong musty odor, and I noticed mold around the faucet. I called the front desk, and they said they'd address the smell, but all they did was spray air freshener. The combination of mildew and air freshener was truly awful, so I requested a room change. I was moved to the third floor, but that room also had a musty smell. They then offered to bring an air purifier. Fine, I suppose I'll just have to tolerate it for the night.

Tanghua Hotel truly capitalizes on its natural surroundings and geographical advantages to create a uniquely beautiful landscape. The diverse natural scenery around the hotel, with its rolling hills and lush vegetation, provides ample opportunities to connect with nature. Inside, the hotel's garden design adheres to traditional landscaping principles, using mountains and water as its framework and architectural elements as tasteful embellishments, fostering a serene and elegant ambiance. The plants in the garden are thoughtfully arranged, ensuring picturesque views throughout all four seasons. The service was equally impressive; the friendly staff, particularly the dedicated housekeeping team, ensured our beds were immaculately made every day upon our return. A special shout-out to Dier, who was very thoughtful in arranging activities for the children. We will definitely be back!

I took my kids to Xi'an for a relaxing tour during the May Day holiday. It's a little bit away from the city, but the price-performance ratio is soaring, and it's very convenient to drive by yourself. There is an outlet downstairs, and the National Expo Center and the World Expo Park are also nearby. The hotel is similar in grade to the Crowne Plaza Hotel in the same building, but the style is more Chinese. The front desk clerks Lowa and Wendy are very enthusiastic, and the concierge is also very proactive. The room view is good, and all kinds of hardware and software services have reached the application level. The water quality of the swimming pool is very good, and there are enough mineral water and towels. The breakfast is satisfactory, but the 1.5-year-old child insists on paying the difference according to the adult price, which is a bit ”unkind”, but the rules are understandable. If you can be more flexible and pretend not to see it or charge a child price (I recently stayed in another Crowne Plaza without charging), it will make the customer's stay experience more full. In short, the hotel has everything it should have, but there are no extra surprises.

Picking a hotel for a Sanya trip is always the trickiest part. This place was later recommended by Doubao. Opened in 2023 and nestled in Yalong Bay, the beach is just meters away, and you can enjoy stunning sea views right from your room. With a reasonable price point, it became my final choice.

Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel looked far better than its photos on Ctrip. I even mentioned to the hotel manager that they should definitely update their online photos across various platforms to better reflect its true appeal; otherwise, potential guests might mistakenly perceive it as an old-fashioned property. In reality, it's a stylish hotel that beautifully blends Chinese aesthetics with modern lighting, perfectly catering to the tastes of the post-80s and post-90s generations. The facilities are brand new, the environment is immaculate, and the service is exceptional. The family activities and kids' playground were also top-notch, clearly demonstrating the staff's dedication and hard work.

We happened to encounter a typhoon during our stay, but we still had a positive experience overall. While there were a few minor hiccups, the hotel promptly offered satisfactory compensation. I would definitely stay here again given the chance.
