I had an awesome time spending 3 days in my room. Though the internet connection is very challenging, in both data providers but the goal was to sleep..really sleep. So I wanna appreciate them for that.

Location was good, was near at Araneta Coliseum. The room was nice but there's only 1 pair of slippers then when we ask for a second pair of slippers from the receptionist, it never came. Service was not that good.

Staffs very accomodating especially that small guard in the hotel entrance. Front desk officers were polite too. Will visit next time.Highly recommended to friends.

TV is not working, and all amenities in the bathroom are incomplete. I needed to ask reception for these basic amenities like toilet tissue and soap. Cleanliness is definitely something for improvement. Food ordered also took a long time to be served for in-room dining.
